The carmount does not stick to anything but glass. Customer service want you to ship it back to them unused, to get a full refund. Which is impossible because I used it and found out it was utter crap. They offer a partial refund if it's used, and that isn't good enough when the product is faulty. This is a scam. Avoid.

I’m impressed with the service provided.

I ordered x3 carmounts on the 12th December. There was no mention of any unususal lengthy shipping timeframe. I have still not recieved my order, today being 8th of January 2026. Shipping tracking shows the 12th December order wasn't shipped until 19th December but the goods are apparently still in transit with Yun Express. I'm not sure which (Carmount or Yun) is to blame...but frankly, I now wish I hadn't bothered.

I bought the original Carmount and it was perfect for my iphone in my BMW 5 series M Sport 2014 keeping it cool near the AC vents. I recently bought the Carmount Clutch X1 for my 330e M Sport and it sits to the left of the iDrive panel tilted towards me for a perfect view. It doesn't obscure any of the information on the screen, is solid, hasn't shifted through a heatwave ( unusual in the UK ), looks great and the suction cup has held onto a textured surface. I have tried so many smart phone holders as I drive a lot for work and this is the best.

Have the F1 carmount installed in two of our cars, and they have been faultless for over 4 years now, even after transferring to a new car. Went off-roading and even then the phone did not move. Truly a mount that works... Properly.

This mount is the best one I've come across in the years of having a mobile phone, this is the least intrusive and exceptionally subtle and stylish. I will use this with every car I own moving forwards. It looks like it's a standard part of my dash!!

Great company to deal with - top quality products and great customer service. My F2 phone mount is so sturdy, especially where it is mounted in my BMW 1 Series which has very limited space to place a phone mount.

The best in-car mount I've ever bought. I've bought three of these now. They're simple, unobtrusive physically or visually and the hold on the phone is incredibly strong. There's no movement of the phone at all when you're driving and it's a simple magnet so no faffing with clips or brackets. I've even bought on for my luddite mother.

I was looking for a car mount that wasn't big and bulky. And as if by magic I found the Car Mount!! Perfect and not imposing in the car like all others I have used.

You won't be disappointed!!

Wrote a comment on their post via Facebook asking why I can't buy just ONE and asked how long the stickiness lasted got a reply about the stickiness but not really answering my question then when tried to post another comment realised it wouldn't post therefore I'll give them a miss NO THANK YOU Carmount

Car mount was ideal for my car. In the past I have had my iPhone sitting between the driver and passenger on the central armrest. As I’ve been round corners, it would either slid into my passengers lap or onto the passenger seat, out of my reach. This unit fixes brilliantly to the dash and secures the iPhone. Well recommended.

I was and am still interested in a carmount 4, so when I received an email about Black Friday deals I went on the website and had a look.
Great, I will order a Carmount 4.
BUT you cannot order just 1!
I immediately emailed them and have received no response, nevertheless, I received another promotional email today and I can still only order 2, 4, 6 or 10!
I have unsubscribed and will not now be making a purchase.

Ordered a Minimal Adjustable Mount for my car advertised on Facebook 11/2/24.. item arrived 20/2/24.. well packaged, came with everything needed including instructions to fit it. Works perfectly holding my phone in place when I’m driving. Very happy with my purchase, thank you Carmount

Ítem receive but despite offering 30 day moneyback, no question, the comdoes not reply to my request to return and refind.

No money and no item!
I sent the screen shots to show them the money left my credit card they denied receiving any order or my money and refused to return my money via PayPal despite my request. Thankfully I paid PayPal so they will deal with it! Worst case, my credit card via charge back. These thieves will not receive any of my business again. DO NOT TRUST, THEY ARE CRIMINALS. I have the email chain to back up my experience is genuine.

Edit : payment has not been resolved as I’m still missing half my money! You refused to help as you could have just logged into your PayPal and reversed the payment I proved had been taken, but forced me to jump through hoops, such as claiming against you via PayPal & my Credit Card provider.

Nice looking cable, good length and I like the light to show it's working. The braiding is a clever idea and hopefully means it'll last much longer than the fragile Apple cable. Highly recommended.

Was hesitant initially but thought I would try to order as I needed something decent.
Soon as I placed the order and everything looked good I was happy...until I saw the tracking and it was coming from China I was worried I way over paid for it. But I thought I would wait till it comes before assuming. Well it finally arrived but unfortunately only 1 of the 2 i ordered( I emailed them and they quickly replied, apologied and are resending one)
As for the car mount I am extremely surprised! It's actually high quality and has some weight to it as it's a metal construction. Not had a chance to use it as my car is out of action but feeling it I'm sure if its stuck in the right surface i'ts gonna be great!

Not good. Had to use it as described due to wireless charging and it just tilts when turning a corner then falls off! Luckily I managed to slow down and get it off from under my pedals!!
