Guess I fell for an instagram brand 💀 products took 2 months to arrive despite their website saying 5-6 days for EU deliveries. Overall quality is actually not that bad but not at the price point.

It’s been almost 3 weeks and this company haven’t even shipped my boots! I think they are a scam! I would not recommend this brand to anyone! I’m still waiting! Please DO NOT BUY HERE!!

This might be a dropshipping company meaning that they curate cheap products from third party vendors and sell the product back to you for a higher price. The shoes I bought from them I found on Aliexpress for 30 dollars cheaper. The product I recieved was cheap, disappointing, not real leather, reeked of chemicals, and took nearly a month to arrive at my door. Had to spend an additional $30 to buy materials to make my $130 brand new boots (on "sale" from $200) wearable at all. Had to replace the laces with something that won't snap and honestly might need some insoles as well. Bad product with good marketing. Don't buy from this brand.

If I could give 0 stars I would without a doubt. I ordered two items from this company. They were 3D printed on cheaper material to look like the photo being falsely advertised. The order took close to 2 months to arrive. I'd already sent in a refund request and to stop shipment one month before items were shown as in transit, they ignored all contact attempts by me via emails and sent the order anyway. Once the order was in transit they all of a sudden start responding to my refund emails. I am currently being ignored by them as I type this review. I will not stop. The product is absolutely terrible and I pray everyone reads this review before shopping at CARNAGECLO.COM. BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN IMM
EDIATELY.

DONT BUY. Waiting for 10 days already but they havent even packed my order, nor is it at least on the way. After reading the other comments, I will contact my bank for refund and cancel my order. I will not wait over 2 months for a simple delivery.

Waited a month for my order only ordered 2 items at the same time. Received 1 a few days ago but the other one hasn’t even been shipped yet, waited days for reply’s and haven’t gotten any yet, review might change depending on how they handle this if I haven’t recived my order by the end of this month I’ll be contacting my bank to get a full refund

Placed an order 2 months ago. Have only been sent 2 emails regarding this : 1 that they would be delays due to unprecedented demand and the 2nd to say order will be ready and shipped following week. Has been a month since the second the email and i have sent number emails over 2 weeks requesting an update, DMing their instagram and commenting on their socials for a response. I have still not had any response or update. They also have fake trust pilot reviews on their website as I am the first to review the company. Their website also states that they promise to respond to email queries within 24 hours which is again false.
