Furthermore, Carnival Assure was the recipient of the Bangladesh Innovation Award in 2022 under the Innovation in Insurance Category for “Bundling Health Insurance with Product to increase insurance penetration to the mass”.

Carnival Assure Limited is a SCAMMER!

I am extremely disappointed with the claims service provided by Carnival Assure Limited. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I sent a formal complaint email requesting an explanation and a timeline for settlement, but I have received no response. Their helpline also appears to be non-functional, making it nearly impossible to speak with anyone about the issue.

As a policyholder, I expect transparency, timely claim processing, and accessible customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Having to repeatedly follow up for months without any response is unacceptable.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Carnival Assure Limited to anyone seeking reliable health insurance coverage and claims support.

Travel Insurance Review

I appreciated how customizable the policy was and how fast the claims process worked.
