We went to Carolyn Keyes for my daughter's prom dress. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Staff were so helpful, guiding us to select dresses and being so patient when we tried on every style and colour. When we had chosen and bought a dress, they arranged a fitting service so everything was perfect. The dress is absolutely stunning and made to the highest standard. Staff are professional and go out of their way to make it a once in a lifetime event for a young person. I would highly recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews, but after my experience at Carolyn Keyes, I truly felt I had to. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with such a warm and genuine welcome. Both shop assistants were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, instantly making me feel comfortable and at ease.

They took the time to show me a beautiful range of dresses in my size, and I was honestly amazed by the selection available. Every dress was elegant, thoughtfully chosen, and of exceptional quality there was such an impressive variety of styles, colours, and designs that it made the experience exciting rather than overwhelming.

I have never been the most confident when it comes to shopping for dresses, but the lady who helped me went above and beyond to make me feel confident and truly beautiful. Her patience, encouragement, and genuine care made all the difference, and for the first time in a long while, I felt amazing in what I was wearing.

The level of service I received was outstanding and made the entire experience so special and memorable. I cannot recommend Carolyn Keyes enough to anyone looking for not only a stunning dress, but also exceptional customer service. I will most definitely be returning and will be telling everyone I know about this wonderful boutique.

I had such a lovely experience at Carolyn Keyes Prom Dress Shop in Worthing. The woman in the shop was so kind and helpful, making sure my dress was adjusted perfectly to fit my figure. I absolutely loved how I looked and felt so glamorous on the day – I received so many compliments at my graduation ceremony! The alteration only took 4 days, which was so quick, and the quality of the dress was beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for something special.

Took my daughter here for a prom dress. Wonderful friendly service - staff were patient and very knowledgable of styles to suit my daughter. They had a huge selection of beautiful dresses of all styles and sizes. Dresses already rented out were tagged with the school name, to avoid people turning up in the same prom dress. This was very organised and professional and evident that they had years of experience. Needless to say we came away with a gorgeous dress that my daughter can’t wait to wear! I would highly recommend Carolyn Keyes.

Utterly fantastic, customer led experience. I attended on the 25.02.2023 with my daughter ahead of Prom-agedden due this year....I'll confess, I was not looking forward to this, having been dragged around nearly every prom dress shop in the South East, however the whole experience was really rather wonderful. Vicky who assisted was simply amazing and the service we received was very different from other places we had been too. Rather than us pick the dresses, we were asked and guided to different choices; we had gone in with a very fixed idea of what we were looking for and came out with some completely different. I cannot rate this shop and their staff highly enough, from start to finish the service was top notch and the whole experience really really wonderful. Thank you especially to Vicky (from the mum you made (good) cry).
