Terrible experience. Johan didnt show up for an appt. Said he would reschedule asap. Didnt. And when I called him on it. He gaslighted me about having a doctors appt and sent me screenshots about his appt which wasnt the issue. Really really unprofessional

Good service from Justin and the carpet fitter Richard very pleased.

Carpet deals has just done the second room for are family. Three years ago they put laminate flooring and carpet in my daughters new house. Last year Justin and his fitters did one of my bedrooms and last month did another bedroom last month. He will come with samples and do measuring and quote. Came on the Friday and carpet was fitted on the Wednesday morning. Good prices, good quality what more can you ask for. I will use again

I would highly recommended Justin and his team. We had recently moved and needed something fresh i messaged Justin who got straight back to me, fitted me in with a measure up appointment.
Advised me on the best carpet that would benefit a bedroom, stairs and landing. Priced it all up and gave a fitting date. Fast and efficient.
The carpet fitter himself was polite and friendly worked hard.

Cannot recommend this company enough. We have recently moved and the flooring throughout needs replacing. Not only are they great value for money, they're such a great team and do an amazing job. They've been super helpful, have lots of samples and have made our whole experience pain free.

Contacted as I saw so many good reviews and photos of lovely flooring. I had a rough idea of cost.
However…..
Prices were lower and the quality of the flooring and carpet was far superior to any that I’d seen.
Justin came round on the Thursday and the fitters came on the Monday!
The fitters were polite, friendly and extremely tidy! The only clue that they’d been was a gorgeous hallway, fabulous sitting room and a stunning dining room.
I’m already saving up to get the other rooms done!

We contacted carpet deals after reading their feedback on a local social media site, Justin came round whilst the work to our extension was still mid build and provided us with a quote and installation date the same day. After a check measurement visit, once all the work has been completed, the two fitters came round and fitted the carpet as agreed. The whole process was simple, reasonably priced and the staff were really friendly, we’ll definitely use these again for our future flooring requirements.

Home visit was very easy with no pressure to go expensive or to get stuff I didn't need. Fitters on time and tidy workers, great job all round. Fitted stairs and bedroom carpets.

Great company. The sales person who came round with the samples was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable. Provided and on the spot quote and didn't rush us in to making a decision.
The fitter was great too. Took great care in fitting and the final result looks great. I would 100% recommend this company.

Newbury carpets is part of this company. The fitters were fine but the rest of our experience was terrible. Before we paid we checked what was included. Checked a further 2 times and was promised things would be completed, they never were. We are now in a position where we have to pay another to finish all we were promised. Deeply unsatisfied. We would not recommend.

Having chosen a quality carpet at a very good price,arranged for fitting which was within a week or so. Job competed by the fitting team. First class service. Will recommend for sure.
