Rob was so helpful I needed some carpet to match previous order I was informed by rob that it was discontinued, he went out of his way to call the warehouse luckily they still had some .

Absolutely great deal, carpet all done without lifting a finger. I didn’t even have to go into the store, the lovely lady Natasha on the phone handled it all for me.

I do think I robbed them because the price quoted was soo cheap.

Lovely guys who came to install the carpet and added extra inner lay at no cost.

David at Haslemere Trading Estate, Maidstone was very helpful and proactive with quotes and ordering of carpet, flooring etc. Also very responsive.
The guy's also fitting and laying carpet and flooring very good and reliable.
All looks great and having more done.

They have installed my carpet in first floor for is good and now I doing organise to install the LVT floor don't know until install all ground floor but I believe they are very professional and guarantee for to it.

John was extremely helpful and also incredibly patient, which was a plus seen as I am painfully indecisive! I wanted a bargain and John weighed up my options and explained these to me to make sure I stayed in my budget. Thank you for the help John, I got what I wanted and I will definitely be returning. 10/10 service.

I’ve used Carpet Giant in Orpington four times now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The level of service is consistently excellent, and they really take the time to work with you to get everything just right.

Brandon and Mike, the fitters, were first class—professional, friendly, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Any issues I had were handled quickly, and they truly went above and beyond to resolve them.

The manager at the Orpington branch clearly understands what great customer service looks like, and Brandly, the salesperson, was fantastic—reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process.

I used them twice in 3 weeks, as they were so good and gave them a additional job in Drewstead Rd Streatham.

Even my tenant was left smiling , happy and completely satisfield with service

From the initial visit to the showroom to Jon coming out to measure up and then the fitters coming out was less than 2 weeks. Everyone was very helpful polite and very pleased with product 100% recommended
