Mel was great with customer service and super clear and honest about the whole process.

Carpow helped me out going above and beyond for me and my whānau, in a really stressful and challenging situation. Hannah was incredibly patient and kind when she could have just given up. Beyond grateful and humbled by Hannah and her team. Thanks again team.

The customer service was great. However, I've wasted a lot of time and effort on a company that's own system has hamstrung my application. I sent over bank statements, credit reports, work contracts, drivers license details only to be told that because their bank statement reviewing system doesn't work with my bank, that they cannot progress with the application. This was a time sensitive application and through no fault of my own and having been completely transparent, this was a complete and utter waste of time. Word of warning to any TSB customers looking to apply. Approved in 4 hours with Instant Finance.

The communication. Letting me know every step of the process. It was so quick, I wasnt expecting anything to actually be complete for a few weeks at least.
Thank you carpow for making the process easy and, actually you took care of everything.
Sending thanks and acknowledgement to Rachel and Madi. Thank you ladies for all you did for me.
