I bought a Nissan Ariya on the 22/07/2026, very impressed with the salesperson, however after a couple of days I tried to remove a wheel but found there was no locking nut wheel in the car, I contacted Mount Sorrel from where I bought the car and spoke to Nate who asked me to send photos of the locking nut which I did, I had no response so today I rang and was told I would have to drive all the way to Mount Sorrel or contact Carsa customer services which I spent over an hour waiting . NOT at all impressed with the after sales of Carsa.

Bad customer service
Mount Sorrel branch. Paid for car in full. Gave it to me with 15 miles in the tank. But the time I get to petrol station this became 10 miles. Went to re-fuel and cover wouldn't open. Tried everything. Spent hours on internet/YouTube. No good. Had to drive back to showroom and nearly ran out of fuel and could easily have got stranded. Paid for taxis and insurance and still don't have car. If they had thought to put a few quid of petrol in the tank they would've identified the problem. But no.

Great experience. Was a bit sceptical after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised and reassured. Part ex evaluation wasn’t reduced and was same amount quoted. Staff were friendly and genuinely really helpful. Car was clean, in good condition and I was talked through everything.
