Good range of vehicles easy to book a test drive, we had a sales rep who was very nice but was not knowledgeable on the car he was selling so was unable to answer some of the questions we asked. The process was straightforward but would have expected that they would have kept the car to do the ceramic coating. Unfortunately we were only advised that we would need to return on another day to get it done. There technician was not available and the sales rep said he would call us the next day to arrange booking it in and that was 3 days ago we have not heard anything from them now they have their money seems like normal practice these days

Saw a car on autotrader
Saw a car on autotrader. Placed at Towcester. Went to see it. Salesman unhelpful. Didnt know if car existed and could use computer to find it as was too complicated. Told me to go and find car in compound and photo number plate, then return to office. I left. Hopeless and useless. Not a company I want to do business with.

In principle a good idea , need to improve in execution
Harvey eventually our sales guy was very helpful and made sure we were happy with everything, the process of actually buying took over 2 hours , which was too long .
There seems to be too many contacts , communication was not good , I had to make many calls and emails to get things sorted … you make an appointment but it seems if your face doesn’t fit , they swap you for someone else … we took the car but they couldn’t find the second key , again not happy but I had already transferred the funds for the car when I was told this . Harvey promised to find the elusive key and post to us , we will see if this happens.
There are alot of cars to choose from and the principle is good , but putting it into practise could be better . My score was mainly for Harvey not necessarily the company .

Significant hidden damage
Brought a vehicle the end of Jan 26, Start of June 26 I took the vehicle for a minor scratch repair in which the independent garage identified that the vehicle had significant damage repair. I notified Carsa customer care immediately which it took them 2 weeks to reply back to me and then advised as it was in my possession for over 6 months (which it wasn’t - this was only 4months after purchase) that there was no proof that it hasn’t happened within my time of owning the vehicle, after they confirmed a HPI check came back clear!! I was told when I purchased the vehicle that they are ex - lease vehicles (so a claim on insurance wouldn’t necessarily show on a hpi check). If you decide to get a car from them - be sure that there isn’t any hidden damage.. as they will not take ANY responsibility!!!!
