Cartell.ie Reviews

Stephanie was brilliant, she went through everything with me and helped me understand what I needed to do.

The customer service agent was very helpful and promptly answered my query.

Excellent customer service, responsive and nice to deal with.

As i was completely new to the car purchasing market I found Cartell very useful in figuring out a lot that I wouldn't be aware of when purchasing a new car and also found that my support agent Stephanie was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing advice to a new driver like myself!

Fantastic Service. I would never buy a motor vehicle without first checking with Cartel. The last time I used the Service it identified outstanding Finance which was promptly cleared when I drew the Seller's attention to it. I suspect many cars have outstanding Finance when offered for sale. Please be careful.

I would highly recommend Cartell.ie. The report was quite comprehensive. I had a query about my report, and I called the helpline and got great assistance and advice.

Donal Lawlor was very professional to deal with. Once again Thank you for your help.

Quote from Cartell: They "do not provide accurate information and this is stated in their fine print"

I have just dealt with Geraldine from Cartell.ie relating to Nox charges and vrt etc ... as I'm in the process of importing a vehicle from NI.
Geraldine was most helpful and answered all questions that I had.
Would highly recommend cartell.ie

This was first time using Cartell.ie and I would highly recommend. The report is very comprehensive and answered questions I didn't even think to ask. When the report flagged a few concerns I phoned the office and Stephanie went through everything with me and cleared up all issues. A fantastic service.

Geraldine was so helpful!! I had been trying to sort an issue on a trade in for a week and Geraldine managed to sort it in a few hours! She was also so lovely to speak to and very professional. Would recommend if you need to confirm details about a car history.

Geraldine allayed all my concerns about a potential car purchase by my son. She answered all his queries (and more), reassuring me that the information provided was accurate and gave him the confidence to proceed with his first car purchase - a momentous occasion, made all the easier by Geraldine and Cartell. Thank you so much. Would recommend to all. Wonderful customer service.

Colette and the gang, speedy and helpful as always. Am a customer for years, great service every time...

This company most definitely helped me, I’d bought a car with southern Irish plates, they got me the information I needed within 10 mins from google to report, also answered some questions next day. I’d recommend them without any hesitation 👍👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Excellent, fast result and quick follow up to my emailed question, by phonecall within 15 minutes !
Very satisfied ... so, I signed up a Cartell account (which offers me discount on future fees).
I recommend Cartell, especially, as I bought my car directly from the previous owner (private sale).

I emailed Cartell with an enquiry about a car which was listed as damaged on the Cartell Report. Literally within minutes I got a call back from Colette who was extremely helpful and provided all information required. Great service from a great company which I've usd many times before.

I was talking to Geraldine, She was knowledgeable and very helpful. The advice she provided was very important for making my decision whether I would proceed with the purchase of a car that I was checking. She also did the extra mile for me as a client and I really respect that. I will definitely use Cartell.ie again and I would recommend her and Cartell car check to my friends.
