The whole process was flawless, the delivery and installation team, were so polite, worked so professional we were so happy, and absolutely in love with our new Lofra dolcivita oven, great company well done.

The engineer (Danny) always turns up on time is courteous, tidy and efficient. My mum has had her Aga serviced by them for very many years and has always been thoroughly satisfied with the service.

Excellent customer service from Danny. Sorted the problem with the gas cooker. Went above and beyond to sort out more than one issue with the cooker.

Replaced a gas hob and built under oven with a freestanding dual fuel Smeg cooker.
My choice of appliance was confirmed by a visit to their well stocked showroom and ordered. It arrived a few days later and they held it in store until the arranged fitting day a couple of weeks later.
As I was replacing a gas hob and under counter oven they offered to remove the old units one afternoon and return the following day to fit the new cooker giving me time to cut out the worktop and kickboard.
Fitting went without a hitch and after a demonstration of using the new cooker they delayed, removing the old units and all rubbish.
All of the staff that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Thoroughly recommended.

From visit to showroom, to ordering then delivery of my range cooker, National Range Cookers (Carvers) were professional, efficient, knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service. The showroom has a great selection of cookers and is well worth a visit.

Fantastic shop, they actually have a large range of cookers to touch and feel - whole buying experience was great, good comms and efficient. The installer, Danny, was brilliant - all fitted (and gas pipework altered) very neatly and left no trace in our home 👌👌👏👏. Our Lofra looks great and cooks really well (just one meal so far but first of many) - cheers everyone 👏👏👌👌

I recently purchased my dream cooker from Carvers, a beautiful blue Lacanche Range, the showroom has a huge selection of cookers on display and this really helped when making such a considered purchase seeing the colours and various configurations. Ian and Tash were really patient, friendly and walked me through all the various options available. You can even see the Lacanche in action!!
I was advised to go with the white glove service for delivery and installation and I am so glad that I did, Danny was wonderfully knowledgeable, he installed the cooker perfectly and spent time explaining how to get the most out of the new range, nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to provide a first class service (which is rare these days).
