They were very quick to answer and resolve any questions I had, and they resolved things as quickly as possible. Kurt, the operator who helped me, was clear about the steps and instructions I needed to follow.

The support agent was very helpful and understanding and my problem was solved immediately.

I was shocked to find that I’d been charged by Casa2Style for a so-called “membership” I never knowingly signed up for. I have no recollection of ever purchasing anything from them — they claimed I bought a gift card, but I certainly didn’t, and that is completely out of character for me. I still have no idea how they got my credit card details.
When I contacted them about the charge, they eventually offered to refund me — but only if I left a positive 4-5 star Trustpilot review mentioning a staff member by name, and specifically avoiding the word “refund”. I was told that doing so would “help identify my review and process the refund.” This felt like outright manipulation and an attempt to game the review system.
I’ve reported this to my bank and recommend others do the same if they’ve been charged unexpectedly. If you’re reading this and wondering if the positive reviews are legitimate — be aware that some may have been coerced in exchange for refunds.
I strongly advise others to avoid this site. The business practices I experienced were highly unethical.
