To process a refund, customers must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. This helps us validate the purchase and initiate the refund process smoothly.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

You won't get better beef other than Casa Argentina
First and foremost the beef from Casa Argentina is pretty unique. Anyone who has tasted Argentine (NOT Argentinian 😉) meat will know what I mean. Secondly, the service is excellent from ordering to delivery which is important when buying a special cut for a special occasion. Whenever we have a family gathering my four young grandsons always ask if we are going to have an asado, with beef from Argentina. Ojo de bife cooked by my son, trained by me 😁.

Fantastic meat quality, one of the best you can get in the UK. Delivery is great with next day delivery. Still frozen or cold enough to refreeze due to packaging that has been thought through.
Don’t forget the chimichurri sauce and beef rub they are an amazing steak pairing.

Fantastic meat quality, one of the best you can get in the UK. Delivery is spot on, with packaging that has been thought through.
And get yourself some of the empanadas, alfahores and dulce de leche, you won't regret. Finally don't forget the chimichurri herb pack (not the premade stuff). Just add olive oil and a bit of vinagre and you have the freshest steak pairing.
Well done to these guys, they got the quality and service right, a rarity these days!

Great company
I had been looking to purchase a Somerset Argentinian bbq grill and found a local company who specialises in Argentinian food, wine, meat and the bbq I wanted.I was extremely impressed with the service I received and ordered the grill together with some steak and chorizo.
I have now received my grill and love it, the steak 🥩 Argentinian ribeye is the best steak I have ever eaten and will certainly going back to Casa for some more plus try some of there other great products.

Easy to order and book the date for delivery. Helpful on the phone with enquiries. Empanadas were very tasty but I was surprised at small size. Would be useful to know size before ordering as definitely need more per person. Perhaps have two size options?

Excellent service and food is delicious
Order was dispatched on time and it was a seamless process for delivery.
Empanadas arrived frozen which is an achievement in this heatwave.
Empanadas are very tasty. My only comment would be that they needed a lot longer than was in the instructions. We baked them for 30 minutes and they could have done with another 10.
Would definitely buy again and try other flavours.
