4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and timely return of the product. Casa Argentina is not liable for items lost in return transit.
5. Inspection and Refund Approval Process

Today I received an email from Max, not about food but about values. This is unusual in my experience but admirable and not just because the values he talked about reflected my own (which they did). I think this says a lot about Casa Argentina and I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

Delicious food and great customer service
The products arrived very quickly on the promised date. The Franui were delicious. Still to have the empanadas but we had them at friends’ house and they were extremely good.
There was a bit of a mix up with delivery charge but Max called me and the issue was sorted quickly.
I can recommend the products and great customer service.
