The Kelston Oak 3 over 2 chest of drawers is really well made and looks great!
And it was a little bit cheaper than elsewhere.
The delivery was within a week and the delivery men were very courteous. They unpacked the unit and took away the packaging as well.
All in all a good experience and good value for money.

I ordered 4 sets of drawers and although they had faults on them Gavin from Casamo was very helpful. I did not return them but Casamo supplied me with replacement items to fix the problems.
When you receive delivery though specify which room you want your items to be put in as the delivery driver did not emphasise it was a room of choice delivery. I would use this company again.

The oak unit was delivered promptly in perfect condition and unpacked by the 2 Man delivery team to the room of our choice also kept informed of their arrival.

The delivery men unwrapped my 2 bookcases and took the wrapping away.
They brought them into the house and placed them where I wanted them and photographed them in situ.

Problems with delivery of mirror which was rectified by Gavin whom contacted me during the process and was extremely honest, and helpful. A lot of other companies could learn from their customer services. Lovely Mirror and nice touch having the information about where the wood has come from on a leaflet in the box, nice touch.

Really good communication thoughout, our order got delayed and we got the option to have a refund or continue with the order (at a reduced price). When the table and chairs was delivered, it was excellent quality and very comfortable. Well worth the money and exactly what I expected from the photos.

We placed back order for a Bauhaus piece of furniture, the company kept us informed of when it would be available, thier chosen logisitics company gave us a range of dates which suited our diary.

I cannot review the kitchen island as yet because i have no kitchen and my kitchen floor has only just been layed. The customer service when ordering was great. And delivery was fantastic all in all i would recommend this company. I havent opened the island and marble top as i dont want to damage it so i can't review the actual product i just hope its ok,i will video the unpackaging when the item is ready to be placed in our new kitchen and hopefully it will be ok.
