Cashback Earners are sending me emails everyday I can’t seem to get into my account to unsubscribe and now they are becoming a nuisance. Please, please @cashback earners unsubscribe me. I don’t know of any way to do this!!!! Stop it or I will have to report you. Nothing on website telling how to do it. It doesn’t support Safari which I use and it’s just a pain!!! Please sort

CASHBACKEARNERS have a peculiar term designed to trip up casino cashback seekers. NO CASHBACK CLAIMS FOR CASINOS ALLOWED lol well hidden too : )Very odd rule , but obvious sharp practice, and one that I have never encountered using cashback sites for the last 15 years. PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE TO SIGN UP TO CASINO OFFERS AS THEY DO NOT OFFER A CLAIM if cashback fails to track, but hide this on their terms. Term exclusion appears at the bottom of additional information right at the very very very bottom of all terms, and you have to look hard to find it there.... Also you can only withdraw amounts of £20 at at time which is clearly an attempt to snaffle balances for the outstanding amounts. I would like Cashbackearners to manually credit my missing £15 cashback for Bonus Boss and make an apology for not making clear you can't make a claim for a missing casino bonus.

Submit claims only for actual purchases. For purchases where you have either returned all the order items, changed the order or cancelled the entire purchase, you will receive no CashCoin.

You cannot request cashback compensation for deposits made at casinos.

Some how an account has been registered in my email that I never authorised.

What you talking about you think am stupid I give you correct details and you still don't pay me on your website you can verify IBAN and I did this is correct but I still don't receive money you are scamers and people need to know this

I created an account, via facebook, then it stopped working,and i couldnt log in, i tried to change to my email and create a password, and got no reply, then i used my other email to check if my account was active , that sent me to another account.
Then i downloaded the app and kept getting your account has been blocked.
I sent nuerous emails as I have a balance and was looking to add to my review site, now they dont reply i am not recieving any emails and i think i may have upset them by asking if tey would consider a gesture for facebook app not working and my account suddenly being blocked. AS YET NO REPLY so i have now sent this and added a review . It would apper i have wasted my precious energy to what appears yet another con and scam, prove me wrong and will gladly update this review. This has now been resolved and I am now back in my account so I have changed to a three

So I signed up to this site and completed the offer for ANNA Money which should have given Cashback to the Value of £37.50, Upon registering with the merchant the Cashback was not tracked and I was forced to open a ticket with Customer Service. I sent across screenshots of proof of account opening, as well as proof of funding the account and making purchases. Cashback Earners closed my claim and gave me the grand total of 0.10p as compensation for completing the offer.

I've discussed this experience with other users of CashBackEarners on some popular cashback forums and it appears that many others have also experienced the same level of treatment.

I keep receiving unsolicited emails from cashbackdiscount.co.uk. I never signed up for them, nor have I ever clicked anything in the emails. Obviously a scam.

They don't register your purchases then say they can't add the points manually

Im writing to complain about doing the surveys and building a pot then on the 22nd january made the claim for payment to go into my bank 25 DAYS have gone past received nothing have sent 8 messages with no replies at all .
seems that when you spend your time doing surveys the least companys can do is send payment one way or another and reply to messages and emails and most of all do the right thing and pay up seems like another company that likes to rip people off

I've been with cashbackearners for quite a while now I've cashed out 3 times 20pound each time. The first few offers I completed got finalized as advertised and on time but now I have had 5 offers that have not been credited even though I completed the offers in May 2021. I have contacted cashbackearners on several occasions regarding this but most of the time they keep saying that there is nothing that they can do and I have to wait for the company I used for the offer to complete the Cashback. Other times, when I have been more forceful, they have then told me that they have emailed the company to get it sorted but then I hear absolutely nothing else. I am owed 100pound for these 5 offers. Complete disregard for their customers, they just don't care. It's funny how they can finalize small monies for the offers but when they amount to something higher it seems they will just fob you off. Well I have every email they have sent so I will now be referring them to trading standards

I've used this site for a few years. I've never had an issue withdrawing my cash.It does take a little while to build a balance but perserverance is the key. I've also won Amazon gift cards. I dont understand the negativity and poor reviews.

I try to cashout for months now and keeps getting rejected . I contact them to ask what is the reason and they all I get is auto message.

I received a sign up acknowledgment email. However I had never heard of them and definitely not signed up. I would never sign up to any site without thorough research. This one would have failed at step one! Scam. With a capital S.

Absolute scam. Spent almost a year clicking. Just when the balance got close to a cash-out. The account was blocked. No explanation. And no communication.

I have had £90.00 over the passed 3 years but there payments on daily points changed from 0.5p to 0.005p
it now takes a long time to earn money when taking surveys points on cash back is the same please bring back your old offers as 0.5p

DO NOT think you can get any money out of this obvious scam, Cashback Earners will do everything in their power to NOT PAY OUT, from pretending something went wrong with the site or just blatantly not answering ur genuine enquiries about missing cashcoins etc. I doubt they will allow this review to stay up for long but where r the ppl who r supposed to protect us from these criminals...what r Trustpilot doing for instance...apart from taking backhanders from those they endorce.

IS THIS A SCAM/FRAUD AS HIGH VALUE CLICKS GO UNTRACKED?

I placed 2 casino orders and both of these mysteriously never tracked - 1 click for £10 and the other for £15.

Cashback Earners said in a message back to me although most transactions from CashbackEarners.co.uk are tracked without issue, it can happen sometimes that transactions can go untracked. Unfortunately in regard to online lotteries and casinos, they are not allowed to perform a manual compensation, as per our agreement with the partner network.

MY ADVICE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS IS TO STAY AWAY.

I have used these guys for a while but recently found that the high value clicks, for instance on casino cashback and on cashcoins of around £10-£15 in value, never track. When you contact them, they simply ask you to raise a missing cashcoin ticket, which you can't do, as the click has conveniently not registered. It's happened on two casino transactions and one this past week with a £15 value.

Furthermore they repeatedly close tickets with no resolution so you have to keep going back in and opening a new ticket.

Retailers need to know that if they entrust their business to Cashback Earners, they are simply going to attract annoyed customers who feel they have been scammed.
