As MUY BIEN TOUR, I have been organizing private tours from Türkiye to various countries around the world for many years. When I decided to organize a tour to the UK—prompted by a client group's request for a London tour—I began looking for a local DMC agency in London. I found Cashel Travel; they contacted me immediately after I submitted my request and attended to every single detail regarding the tour's organization. We successfully concluded the tour yesterday, and it was simply magnificent. Andriana Shipchanova from Cashel Travel handled all our bookings perfectly, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I extend my sincere thanks to Cashel Travel and Andriana Shipchanova; in fact, we have already booked a London tour for April 2027 and an Edinburgh group trip for July 2027.

All was very well arranged for my group of 7 men travelling 4 days/3 nights to Scotland. Their driver/guide was lovely and had so much knowledge: Ross Hannah. It was a very active trip with 4 x 4 drives, speedboat across the lake and also some breweryvisits. The communication was very clear from Rebeca from Cashel Travel. I definitely recommend Cashel Travel and Rebeca but also Ross for any future trips!

Cashel Travel turned a tight, stressful timeline into a smooth experience. We were introduced to Cashel by the team who booked our hotel venue for a 30-person team retreat in London, and by the time we started working with Mohammed Naushad Qureshi on their team, we were only about 3 weeks out from our visit. He moved quickly to put together dinner proposals for two events that fit our budget, group size, and food sensitivities, all while working across a 7-hour time difference and often at odd hours.

Mohammed negotiated directly with our chosen restaurants and got them to open up additional menu options when their initial offerings were too limited. He also handled a steady stream of last-minute changes to our roster size and menu choices without any issues. On the actual event dates, Cashel sent a coordinator who met us at our hotel and guided us safely to and from both restaurants.

Working with Cashel was genuinely a pleasure, and we'd happily use them again for our next offsite.

I have collaborated with Vibeke for many years and it was so good to have her help us with this group in Edinburgh! She was very attentive to our clients needs and proactive in terms of helping with check-in, checking restaurantes and buses before they arrived, etc. I was so grateful when she stepped in as a tourleader also when our own tourleader turned in sick on the arrival dinner. Big thanks! Looking forward to our continued collaboration!

All in all, a very good execution of the project. On site manager, Lelde, was very present and attentive. For me as a project manager, it was very nice to see how their on site managers work.
The hotel was large, and this led to long queues and waiting times for breakfast. It would have been nice to have reserved breakfast time for groups in the future.
The fish at the Palm Court restaurant was very bad, but all credit to Vibeke who got a refund that I sent to the customer.
The venue at Walrus was too small and low ceiling height for such a large group, very noisy. The customer was very happy with the venue they got for themselves at The Regency.
The bike tour and the wine tour were excellent.

We use Cashel for a number of small group departures in Scotland and they have been fabulous to work with from the start. Their team has continually helped us to build programming that suits our needs both in content and cost, and they have been incredibly responsive with any necessary tweaks or revisions. I work operationally with Thayanne Scardini, and she is an absolute treasure. She is immensely on top of things, a wonderful communicator, and has ensured our guest satisfaction at every step of the programming. She never misses an email or a detail and she has been a pleasure to work with. Our company is so pleased to be partnered with Cashel and it is a partnership that we have already seen incredible returns on!

Working with Cashel Travel has been an excellent experience. The organisation and coordination of all the services throughout the trip were perfect, and both the guides and drivers provided a highly professional, friendly and attentive service.
