The whole process from start to finish was straightforward, professional and personal. The team are on the ball in every way and so quick, friendly and helpful. I didn't have to leave my front door or worry about a thing. I received the money into my account within minutes after Jimmy checked everything over. Quick and easy the car was picked up from the house. No issues with the price once agreed as you normally get when people view. Great for a quick sale and sinead and Jimmy very very good and updating us and keeping us in the loop. Was paranoid about the whole thing to begin but very happy with the professionalism and service

They spammed me with an unwanted text message offering to sell my car for me. I am assuming they scavenge car sales websites for contact numbers. They wanted to charge me €100 to sell my car for me - when I can do that myself for nothing. Con artists. Needless to say I have blocked them to prevent them contacting me again. If I need someone to sell my car then I can manage to do that myself. The responses from 'Sinead' to other poor reviews on here speak volumes. Yes, Sinead, I do have the right to leave a review even though you don't like it because I havent used your service. Your company contacted me not the other way round and I have a right to reply and warn others. Also threatening legal action against people who are unhappy with your sales techniques speaks absolute volumes about the type of people you really are. Report away.

This was the second time we've dealt with Ray and the team. The first time was back in the early days, and as it was then, the process and communication was excellent. In fact, with the user interface now on the website, the whole experience was very smooth.

Sinead and Jimmy were lovely to deal with (Jimmy was a gentleman when he came to collect the car), and the money was in the bank before he left.
