They offer up a great welcome package. They also have fun games to play. And their live chat agents are great! They offered me a 10% increase but instead did 20%! I love this casino so far.

This click casino is the worst ! The verification process takes an act of congress to get thru ...The absolute worst is to be told that your redemption has been approved but it's gonna take 5 to 10 days... Once the 10 days passed ! I was told if its not in my account by midnight to call them ... Well i did contact these clowns only to be told that my alleged redemption was issued.. Ok i was approved on April 20th ,they said it was issued April 21st.... That's just a blatant lie.. After being told the 10 day that if it wasn't there to contact them (foot in mouth ) they asked me for bank statements so they could add in their supposed redemption... I went to my bank and requested my statements & i never had anything of the sort on the 21st..Zach Abbott the leader of this

I have been asking this site for months to close my account and get some nonsense about escalating to another team, never getting a response. I should have know when I saw the reviews but this is another level. If it takes this long to close an account I can't even imagine how long it takes to get redemptions. The entire url reloaded and it paid me nothing. Lost every spin minus a few 3 or 4 cent wins afterwards. Idc what anyone says, that wasn’t a freak accident. Fun games but if playing SC, the RTP sucks most days! The slots are really tight most of the time. You might finally get lucky and be able to cash out. When you do, redemptions take FOREVER! Redemption process is as follows: up to 3 business days to review and approve the redemption. Once approved, Redemption still takes between 5-10 BUSINESS days!! Never been on a site that takes this long to redeem winnings. Customer service (chat) is pretty decent.
