Website was easy to use and very informative. I ended up working with Carla to book my trip as I had some questions and asked for recommendations which she provided. She sent me a few really good options and I was able to choose the one that worked for us. Carla was a pleasure to work with and made the booking easy.

I travelled last May to Spain, paid to upgrade to a suite with pool view but didn't get that. Ended up in a standard room. When I complained I was told upgrades are discretionary (no, not when you pay extra for it) and that the standard room with a view of the road and football pitch was "comparable". We won't even mention the semi-private toilet situation!! My complaint was closed by Cassidy. I wrote to two of the directors and customer service and no one even bothered acknowledging my letter. I won't be using Cassidy Travel again which is a shame as I've only ever booked my holidays through them.
