Helpful staff and a helpful product! I can’t rave enough about how good these masks are.

The best mask you can buy right now, glad I bought one and some filters.

Every mask I’ve ordered has arrived on time and I have no complaints. Solid company in my experience.

Seller did not ship all items that I paid for. I contacted customer service, and they said they would ship the item. It's been more than a week since then and they have stopped responding. I'm disputing the charges but want others to know of my poor experience.

In terms of quality, the masks aren't great. They don't seal well for me, and are difficult to breath through and almost impossible to speak through. Only 2 sizes are actually made- 'child / small' and 'medium / large.' That's pretty ridiculous since essentially there's one size for all adults. Predictably, fit isn't great unless you perfect match the mask's shape.

The consensus seems to be that Envo masks are much better, providing a vastly superior seal (better safety), more comfortable fit, and larger filter material that allows for easier breathing.

Don't believe the hype from the NY Times article that this company keeps flogging. They're not ready for primetime, especially their crappy customer service.

I love these masks so much. They are incredibly comfortable and bring me such piece of mind as I travel. I love Castlegrade and will be buying more!

Ordered two masks, paid for them. Received one and when contacted Castlegrade received response in one day acknowledging this. That was five days ago..keeping fingers crossed.

I love my mask. It's super comfortable, and my glasses never fog. Definitely worth the money to be safe. I recommend them to all my friends.

A solid mask that for a glass sweater is a great no fog, solid seal solution I was looking for. I have tried so many masks, and even backed some crowd funded campaigns and the low quality, horrible deals and fit were making me tired and feeling defeated. But a friend bought me a camo colored version and I am so happy to have found a solution. This mask feels so comfortable, it is not good for heavy athletic use but wearing it for extended time feels secure. I like how easy it is to clean and when someone asks me what works for my fogging glasses I turn them to CastleGrade as there really is nothing comparable out there.

I'm writing this review having owned and used the Castlegrade G9 mask for many weeks now. Here are the facts: (1) The mask is very comfortable! Now, obviously not wearing a mask is more comfortable but since that is not an option in many places now, it is a fact that it is comfortable. (2) The mask provides a level of security! The straps keep it on tight (I use the neck straps which I find to be perfectly comfortable.) and there are no or minimal gaps of any kind around the edges. I don't ever feel that anything that shouldn't be entering my mouth or nostrils is doing so. (3) If you wear glasses, this mask is a MUST. Because it is tight (as mentioned above), your glasses DO NOT FOG which for me is slam dunk. I had previously had no luck using any other mask or technique to keep my glasses from fogging. I find fogged glasses to be more than a nuisance and actually dangerous in many circumstances. (4) This mask is incredibly easy to clean by simply putting it in the top rack of the dishwasher. It comes out looking and smelling fresh and clean. So I feel very confident in fully endorsing this product and I recommend it.

I am in LOVE with these masks! They are so comfortable and I love that they are eco-friendly! I Feel so much safer KNOWING I have a perfect seal and with great filters that are even better than N95 masks!

People really need to be wearing masks like these! Those cloth masks don’t do hardly anything but N95 masks are the real deal! But you have to make sure you get a good seal (no glasses fogging) to know that they are working and the only mask that I can get a good seal with is the Castle Grade G9 mask.

Worse company ever and they don’t honor their emails saying both straps included with each mask. You can contact them by email no reply. And if you do get an response them days later they are rude and not helpful. I feel cheated out my money they don’t care .

Ordered a mask through Amazon, it was defective. Contacted Amazon and Castlegrade, received an email from Dan@castlegrade, told me to order another mask and will be refunded. I did so, after several emails have not received my refund nor have I received any responses from my numerous emails. I finally contacted Amazon they allowed to return the original mask for a refund. Love the mask but their customer service sucks!
