He visited promptly to discuss our needs, measured and quoted accurately, communicated clearly and has fitted our new shutters and blinds perfectly. I decided to choose Castle Hill Shutters following a few visits/ quotations from other local suppliers. At the quotation visit, I could tell that Austin was very honest as other quotees had not mentioned such things as health and safety issues. I found Austin to be very meticulous and obviously very proud of his work.
Based on his visit and quote, I then realised that he had fitted one of my neighbour's shutters and they gave him a glowing reference.
My cafe shutters were fitted just a few days ago into a large Georgian style bay window. I know it was a tricky and time consuming job but Austin was very professional and easy to talk to.
