My elderly mother ordered 1 sweater but was charged for 3 sweaters, nearly $200 in total. The company would not allow her to correct the order, shipped her three of the same sweater, but charged her three different amount amounts on her credit card. We are in the process of disputing the charges with her credit card company. Casvian offered a 20% refund and wanted her to send her credit card number through the email. They would not give her instructions of how to return the two unwanted sweaters. Do not buy anything from this company!

Ordered an 2XL white jacket September 1st for a one time use for a wedding. They said 15 days for delivery. Left the 23rd for the wedding still no jacket. When we returned I wanted a refund. They said shipping would be very expensive and offered me 20% off for something we no longer needed. Gave up on them. Finally my husband tried it on October 27th. It would not even fit a small child.
Do not order from this company, total rip off!

This company's products are really bad. The return processing is also bad.
Never buy again When I ask for a return, they say they will share 20% of what they purchased. They claim it will be more expensive to return. What to do
I'm so angry and at a loss

I ordered a pair of Lorenzo Milan - Handcrafted Italian Shoes for $110 off the original price, and a Voltage Polarized Titanium Sunglasses for $10 off the original price.

The shipment was 2 weeks, and I was nervous I'd been duped, but both items arrived at my doorstep at the quality they were advertised.

My experience was the same as the other reviews here. The item that I ordered was poor quality, definitely not cashmere. The day I received it I initiated a return and had to go back and forth with the company. I eventually did get refunded my money but only after involving my credit card company. Do not order from this company. I was sorely disappointed and wish I had read these reviews prior.

Firstly, while the company's website indicates that it is a company in the U.S. (which it may be), however, the items shipped from China and took 15 days to arrive. The actual sweaters looked cheap and did not look as nice as the ones in the website photos. Furthermore, there were absolutely no tags or labels at all on or in the sweaters. There was nothing to indicate what the sweaters were made of. On the website they are described as cashmere sweaters. I doubt very highly that they are cashmere. They feel and look cheap. Also, there were no care instructions at all. What a waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN!

The shirt I received was absolutely nothing like what I ordered - the color was wrong, the material a different texture, and the cut nothing like the website's pictures.

When I contacted customer service, it was clear they were more interested in wearing me down than in actually helping. Their initial offer was to provide a 20% refund and a gift card "to save me the hassle and expense of shipping." I had four or five email exchanges before they finally gave me an address to send the return to.

Will never purchase from them again.

These guys are crooks. I ordered a pair of shoes only to receive the wrong style, which, by the way, seems too small. Then some guy named Ralph (I doubt it's his real name) wanted me to return the shoes on my dime, explaining that it would cost the company too much. Please, stay away.

The advertisement showed the brand TAOS on the shoes that I ordered. Of course, the cheapest no brand pieces of junk showed up at my house. When you reach out to them, they offer you 20% back because it will cost too much to ship it back. I held out for the 50% and got that. Complete rip off don’t do business with them. You will not know what you are getting and waste your money.!!

This company is a fraudulent entity.
First they advertised a Lorenzo Italian Handcrafted shoe,and when I got it, it was low quality shoe with no label of its brand.
Now it was a wrong size, error committed by them, I asked for right size, they want me to keep it for a discount, can you beat that? Even suggested that I should gift someone.
To return it I have to pay for the shipping. They said that's company policy. Please stay way from this company.

This company is engaging in false advertising and the information in its website is false and misleading. First, items are neither designed nor made in California. They are made in China. Second, the material is definitely not cashmere - it is very coarse and it smells like chemicals. The company is misleading customer into thinning they are buying local products made in the USA - not so. Customers beware!

Delivery was decent time. Quality was a joke. It looks like cardboard that was painted grey and the sole of the shoe is cardboard I think 😂

Horrible Horrible shoes! The orthic shoes I ordered have no arch like the ones in the pictures. $42 and I cant even wear them. It looks like every reviews says DONT BUY FROM THIS ON LINE STORE!. I forgot to look at the reviews 😕.

Not impressed. Incorrect product sent and unhelpful return policy.

I ordered a pair of joggers from them. They sent the incorrect size. When I requested a return, they insisted that I pay for the return shipping based on their return policy. I spent $20 on shipping and for a sizing mistake by them.

Accidentally ordered 2 pair of boots due to the pop up offers. I did not realize it until i had checked out. Emailed them immediately but they could not cancel the 2nd order stating it was already in processing.. Emailed again after 2 weeks of not receiving anything. Customer service stated there could be delays due to shipping companies. BOGUS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL ALWAYS RESEARCH REVIEWS IN THE FUTURE.

Shipping took a long time, and the quality of the item was laughable. My fault - I should have checked reviews before placing my order.

They've got good marketing to reel people in to their sub-rated products. I guess as they continue to get unsuspecting people to buy into their SCAM, then they still make their money. My 30-day timeline is almost up to get my refund from my numerous, unanswered emails.
I'm not sure if my shoes cost 5 cents to make. There is nothing worth salvaging on this product.
Lessons learned ... read reviews first.

Never buy anything from this company it is the worst…the shoes I purchased looks like it cost then .25 to make…Plus it took 2 weeks to be delivered and now they don’t want to return my money I’m reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU….California 19098257280

I ordered two pair of rain boots by mistake instead of ordering one pair. I realized my error within minutes of the purchase and quickly sent Casvian an email asking to cancel one pair of boots and refund me the amount. I received a reply stating the boots were already being shipped ( within seconds of making the order? No, I don’t think so) I was told via email to simply return the unwanted pair. It took weeks for the package to arrive. I contacted Casvian immediately to begin the return process for one pair of boots. I received a reply with no instruction or address for return and no method for refund. The email suggested I either “ gift the unwanted pair” or pay to return the item. I reported their practices to the BBB and State Corporation Commission. I sent a reply stating I’d like an address and a method for refund. I’ve not received a reply. I thought Casvian is a company in the US, but I’m pretty certain at this point it’s a sweatshop type business overseas which just makes my skin crawl. Do not buy from this retailer.
