Cat Flap Fitter - Cat Out Of Glass Reviews

Sarah and CJ are extremely professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anybody who needs a cat flap.

Not just the most competitive price but a fast professional service where we were kept up to date at all times. The fitter was friendly and professional and answered all our questions. Really recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting a cat flap fitted.

Highly professional and fantastic service.

It was great in every way:
1. they reply very quickly to e-mail queries
2. they're friendly and you know you're talking to a real person, not a droid
3. they're SOMEWHAT more expensive than others, but not significantly
4. they came in to check the size, came back within 2 weeks (this might vary depending on time of year, I think)
5. They removed old patio doors, installed new door, installed the flap, left.
6. Flap works, cat got used to it (it took about two weeks, with some training. i.e. treats)
7. We chose this company because of the positive reviews here, and we're as happy as others before us! :)

The communication and prompt replies from Sarah in the office and efficiently of measuring and fitting from CJ were a rarity.
Great service from start to finish.
Although I already had the capflap to fit, you could go to them for advice as they know all the products.

Delighted with the service Cat Out of Glass gave me from initial advice about the process of measuring and choice of cat flap suitable for my cat to the quick, efficient fitting. CJ was professional and friendly and gave me clear instructions about the use and care of the cat flap. I now have a stylish, clean cat flap! Thank you!

From start to finish, the service was excellent. Sarah was prompt, clear, and helpful with all the arrangements, and CJ did a fantastic job on the day — polite, professional, and very efficient. The whole process was stress-free and smooth. Our cat is already curious about the new flap, and we’re delighted with the result. Truly a “pawsitive” experience — highly recommended!

From the start to finish the service was excellent. Sarah gave communication throughout the process and every step and CJ our fitter was so nice and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t know CJ had been so tidy. We very pleased with our cat flap and glass panel. Best wishes Graham.

Very professional, responsive and did a brilliant job installing our catflap!

One of the best companies I have ever come across!
I was after an upgrade from a normal flap to a microchip one and needed a new piece of glass as the hole needed to be bigger to accommodate the new flap. I contacted many local glass companies and they were unable to do this.
I was after Georgian bars and a cat flap hole and I think this is what the problem was with local companies saying no or simply not getting back to me and I started to think it wouldn’t be possible - that was until I found and contacted Cat out of Glass.
Both Sarah and CJ have gone above and beyond and provided exactly what I wanted. Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful and her communication is fantastic. All emails received a quick reply that explained everything, even over the bank holiday weekend when I initially made contact.
CJ arrived as arranged, first to measure and secondly to fit the new glass and flap and this was all completed quickly, professionally and without hassle.
Rare to find a company that you cannot fault, a true credit to you both for creating such a wonderful company. I would recommend Cat out of Glass to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Thank you so much Sarah and CJ for helping me achieve what I wanted, it wouldn’t have been possible without you both.

Very friendly company that made it so easy to get a cat flap installed in a double-glazed kitchen door. They offered to come and measure which was great even saying they could measure from the outside if they had access to the garden if I was out. What I really liked is that they emailed me lots of cat flap options as I had no idea where to start which was very helpful. I chose a stylish simple cat flap that looks great as I didn't need the microchip option as the garden is very quiet. The installation was fast and fuss-free. My cats love having the freedom to go in and out when they like. I'm very happy with the cat flap. Would highly recommend! Thanks

I would love to give more than 5 stars for this company. From initial enquiry to today’s install it has been a pleasure. Dealing with Sarah has been so easy, the options explained and our order handled with speed and efficiency. The visit and install with CJ was flawless, and our glass door is now the perfect access for our cats. Thank you so much.

Sarah and CJ were fantastic. Not only were they the most cost effective, the service was faultless from start to finish. Cat Out Of Glass clearly love cats and go out of their way to be helpful. The fitting was seamless and also completed extremely quickly. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the installation of our new cat flap. The fitter was cheerful and efficient. He engaged with us, asking about our cats. The cat flap was fitted quickly and looks great, complete with sealant around the frame, a detail we weren’t expecting. There was no residual mess. All in all, a thoroughly professional and excellent service from the initial quote, through pre-installation support, to the actual installation.

From start to finish Sarah and CJ at Cat out of Glass were absolutely brilliant. Emails were replied to really quickly and the whole process was well explained and smooth, wish we had got our cat flap done years ago!

Sarah keeps you informed throughout the process and CJ is polite, friendly and professional and does a brilliant job of installation.

Would recommend Cat out of Glass to anyone looking to get a cat flap installed.

Thank you both!

We have been so impressed with the responsiveness and quality of communications. We were also impressed by the knowledge down to which catflap would work for our needs. Really lovely people delivering a unique high quality much valued service

Excellent communication, friendly people, punctual and high quality finish for the installation of a cat flap in our glass door. Would highly recommend!

Never thought I’d be saying this but I thoroughly enjoyed getting our cat flap installed! Exemplary service from start to finish, from booking with Sarah all the way through to measuring and installation by CJ, who is a really lovely person to have around. It’s a shame I don’t need more any cat flaps installing!

CJ and Sarah are a such a delight to deal with. The whole process was smooth, quick and easy. The quote was extremely reasonable and the level of knowledge and skill CJ has is fantastic. If you need a catflap put in glass do not go anywhere else!!

Our cat flap door required the glass removing and replacing with a custom piece of glass with the skeleton fitted until the bottom section of the door.

We had many questions and the lady who was in charge or responding to requests, Sarah, was very prompt and thorough in talking us through all of our options for the cat flap, the door and timings.

This was then backed up by CJ who fitted our cat flap - clearly an experienced professional and cat person himself, he was incredibly friendly and great at answering my intrigue in the process.

They also sell (at below RRP) and install microchip/WiFi with app pet flaps and are knowledgeable about getting them up and running and introducing your pet to them which was very helpful.

Highly recommend Cat Out of Glass, and can personally vouch that their pricing was the most competitive for what we needed (higher level of complexity) as we had four other quotes prior to selecting them.
