I used them once and they let me down. The quality of the T-shirt was trash. Excellent designs executed by a poor company with zero understanding of good customer service. They could learn a lot from Fright Rags.

Really surprised by the completely negative reviews on here.

Yes, the items can be expensive, and the garment GSM could perhaps be better (hence 4 stars rather than 5), but you are paying for one-off designs.

I've also found their customer service to be top-notch. Royal-Mail really messed up with one of my orders and were incredibly unhelpful in sorting out a refund.

Cavity colors took the hit on it for me (even though it wasn't their fault), and communication with them was smooth and easy throughout.

Just got my order today , took about two weeks but the art work on the shirt is awesome wil order from them again

I ordered a few items during the Black Friday sale and was really excited for my items. It’s been over a week and tried to contact them just to see the status and had no correspondence. I work in a warehouse pick and pack situation probably similar and I know how stressful and under pressure they must be. But after a week of no emailing back and no idea what’s going on it feels like a scam and I’ve lost 100 dollars

Ordered a shirt that shipped out and arrived pretty quickly! Quality looks great. There are a couple threads kinda loose but overall it's in great condition and the design is fantastic 😊

Quality of garments varies wildly. A couple of the shirts I purchased were very nice and accurately sized, while others have been oversized paper-thin garbage. They all cost $30+

I think this is unacceptable for any apparel company. Fright Rags is the same way.

Get better quality control, guys.

Asked for refund, constantly gave excuses . Do not use this company.
They are very poor. Stolen my Money, effectively

My one purchase from this company was the pits. I will never use them again, especially as there are so many other great T-shirt companies around now.

I love the cavity colors collection. I own many of their shirts and they have plenty more i will be getting in the future. I stopped by their booth at days of the dead and the people there provide great customer serviceand were really nice. I cannot wait for that next green bag to show up in the mail.

Dreadful company, has no interest in customers problems and tries to blame me when the T-shirt arrived with the weaving comin undone. Worst T shirt company I have ever bought from. Some of their artists are brillant but the guy in charge is a total A-hole.
