It could be a little smoother around the edges.

The cock ring part of the device is the only thing I wanted. It is the best for erection manipulation. the best cock ring buy far. You should really work on the ring alone, find a way to remove the two points that stick up when just using the ring and market that. Its perfect. So good I paid over 100 dollars just to get the base 1, Base 2, and the 2 rings needed. It is incredible.

The customer service was great. They helped me sort out a mailing address issue with the shipping company and were very accommodating of my specific needs. Packaging was very discreet, only possible giveaway was the customs label of "plastic cage and rings".

Wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely be ordering another (smaller) cage in the future.

Not new to chastity and I was worried at first about the thickness of the rings but unlike some of your competitors I haven’t even needed to put some baseline on the ring to keep it from rubbing. The design is way better than imagined and for an extra small cage it’s quite comfortable overall. My wife and keyholder loves the aesthetics of it being pink, tiny, and controlling! Her only complaint is you don’t make it in purple lol.

These cages work annoying well. They disappear to the point you think aren't wearing one until you reach down to tease/play and then you get blocked by the cage. I've never been so frustrated with a chastity cage. They 100% do as advertised. 10/10, can't recommend enough.

I ordered replacement for a broken part. I ordered 3 units of a U-ring, but the first shipment came with only one unit. I reported the problem to customer service and the remaining two units arrived quickly. So that was really good service.

However, the broken ring only lasted for 6 weeks before it broke. I don't know if this is one faulty unit or the quality of the product has become worse. Time will tell but it seems the product was better quality in the past. CB-X may need to look into better quality control or better material.

Easy to use website and fast shipping. Also the best device I have ever worn after trying several others. I could honestly wear this forever. I like that it has a warranty and replacement parts are available. Love it!

The anti-pull was sharp on the sides when soft didn't hurt at all but as soon as I got hard it would hurt and cause pain for that I decided that it wasn't feasible to use it.

Fits well, however holes in the top of the cage are too large and allow skin through which can cause pain when the lock rubs

I finally worked up the courage to purchase a chastity cage, I chose the CB 3000 (clear). I am extremely impressed by the quality of the CB-X parts. I am 60% balls and 40% sausage so unfortunately I was only able to get 1 of my testicles to fit in the largest U-ring, the #1 which is 2 inches wide. Lucky for me CB-X allows us to purchase spare parts so I ordered an Extra Large U-ring (2 1/4 inches) and it made all the difference in the world.

After wearing my CB 3000 a few times I realized that the lock causes me some undesired pain because of how it rests on my skin that bulges out of the middle vent. If there is a redesign I would suggest either moving the vents to the side like the CB 6000 or just removing the middle vent. Also, most of the time I wear my device I notice that I am flaccid which means that I only fill up about half of the cage.

As you can imagine this makes urinating a messy event because my worm does not reach the tip with the vented opening. Therefore I decided to "size down and Level Up" by ordering a Mr. Stubb cage. It is SUPER AMAZING!!! I am infinitely pleased with my purchase, very soon I plan on writing a much more detailed review of the Mr. Stubb, but for now all I want to say is my balls are heavy from the constant climax denial and I have the folks at CB-X to thank for it. :-D

Really enjoy the product so far! I got it for personal use to help stop compulsive masturbation that was impacting my sex life, and it’s been working wonders! Lots of customizable pieces to get a comfortable fit which I appreciate. My only complaint is that the L and XL ring sizes should be included with the base set instead of needing to be ordered separately.
