overall very impressed

I didnt receive the product and payment…
I didnt receive the product and payment was taken. I tried very hard to resolve, but no refund was issued and no replacement product was sent.

Recieved wrong product
I received the wrong product - a much cheaper and inferior product to what I ordered. I then contacted customer support and could not get a reply or answer. I eventually got a reply and was expected to return the product at my own cost, when I had already payed £5 for shipping. I then left a review here and promptly received a phone call saying that I should take down the review as the team were working to fix my order. Over a week has gone by and nobody has fixed anything. Very poor service.

TAMARA WAS ESPECIALLY GOOD IN DESPATCHING WHAT I NEEDED QUICKLY. GOT TO ME NEXT DAY. Not used company before and am having mixed results with the tincture i ordered for my osteoarthritis, but maybe thats because it was on a very good offer. It almost seems like the company that produced this tincture forgot to leave the CBD oil in it? Anyway, will go back to proper oil instead of tincture next time. All in all, need time and a few more purchases to give this company a chance.

I took the smallest amount like it said on the label Within 5 minutes I was very sick. I was fine before I took it. It tastes revolting. It may have not suited me. I had no better sleep either.
