Ahmet arrived as expected about 30 mins earlier than the allotted start time. Spent this time surveying the house and explaining where he feels best to place the 4 cameras: making sure I was happy before he commenced the work.
Ahmet is a very pleasant, friendly person to deal with. He obviously takes pride in his work, and is very experienced. The work was carried out neatly, efficiently, and to a very high standard.

I have written this review as I cannot thank Ahmet enough for making mine and my daughters house secure. I was recently broken into by three masked men and my ring doorbell captured there masked faces and actions/behaviour. Ever since the break in I could not live in my house as a single parent to a 4yr old. Hence I contacted another CCTV Company who installed my brothers Dental Practice Cameras in Milton Keynes. Due to them being far away they recommended CCTV Aware. After contacting Ahmet with several emails and showing him the Ring Doorbell footage we decided to opt for the 4k System and 5 CCTV Cameras with an 8 port Hard drive for future cameras if required. Ahmet was nothing but helpful every time I emailed and even when I called him before the install date. On the install date he explained where the camera would be installed, how the cabling would be hidden (as I am ocd about this!), where the Hard drive would be located etc. He arrived on time before 8am and did all the work by himself hiding each and every cable using CAT6 Cabling which is the best! The hard drive was installed in my loft and he left plenty of cabling should I wish to move it around in the loft when I do a loft conversation. I explained all my future house renovations to him advance so he could bear this in mind. My father arrived onsite and he explained everything to him again and gave me a demo of how to view the cameras, zoom in/out, how to extract footage and download etc. He installed the APP on my phone and IPAD so I could view the house remotely anywhere. He was polite, friendly, well-mannered and a true gent. I will not hesitate recommending him or his services to any of my friends, family in the future. I will also have him back to install more cameras once I do my rear extension, loft conversation, garden store. Once again thank you Ahmet from the bottom of my heart for making us feel safer in our home.

Thanks Ahmet and CCTVAware for making such a lovely job of our CCTV system. We opted to go with the high end 4K camera system and we really do think it is money well spent. I’m absolutely amazed at the quality of the Hik-vision equipment provided, and as soon as Ahmet powered up the system on the TV I immediately said “blimey wow you really are worth the money”.

Prior to purchasing the camera system I was tempted to purchase cheaper alternatives, as I felt this level of system was quite expensive compared to CCTV I have had previously, however I really can see the difference in quality between systems I’ve had in the past and this one. I really would advise if you can afford it, to go with the high end system as it is a cut above anything else I have seen.

Ahmet spent lots of time on the phone and through live chat advising me prior to my purchase. There was absolutely no pressure at all. Once I had decided I wanted to purchase, Ahmet managed to fit me in prior to going on holiday so the property was more secure beforehand.

On the installation date, Ahmet arrived exactly when he said he would and proceeded to consult me on where he felt the cameras should be positioned. Throughout the whole installation, Ahmet was very friendly and talkative but would have been quite happy just to get on with it if I had actually left him alone!! (Sorry my bad!!) It was quite clear throughout that Ahmet knows his industry and his products.

At the end of the installation, despite having somewhere else to be for a servicing job, not once did I feel that Ahmet was rushing whatsoever as he calmly gave me a full tutorial (despite me thinking the traffic must be building up in the afternoon and he still had to be in Colchester).

I had booked an installation of 3 cameras. On the day Ahmet suggested I get a 4th to cover some blindspots that I hadn't considered. I agreed, however there was no pressure, and he would have been happy to stick with 3.

Ahmet is always up to date with the latest apps, specs, best practice etc, and provided lots of advice for free, before I even booked him in.

I was pleasantly surprised to see useful email and SMS reminders from CCTAware in the lead up to my installation.

On the day, Ahmet turned up bang on time, installed with the minimum of fuss, and was done by lunchtime.

The camera look great, the picture quality is surprisingly clear, and my home feels safer already.

I spoke with Ahmet multiple times on LinkedIn and could see how well his company was doing, Our CCTV service was due and we decided to try a "smaller" company such as CCTV Aware and i can safely say that Ahmet was efficient, knowledgeable and presentable when he attended to service our kit. After struggling with a wireless Arlo system for some time, screaming through batteries at an alarming rate and becoming frustrated with the product, I decided, after some local break-ins to get the system we needed all along. CCTV came to my attention from a FB post and I saw the reviews on Trustpilot. I liked the simple approach to pricing the system yourself with a fixed price, no need for a survey or a pushy salesman. Ahmet answered some general questions in chat but all the answers were really on his site. I paid my deposit and booked my date, all on line with no fuss.
On the day of the installation, Ahmet arrived as promised and we discussed the area's I wanted protecting and devised a plan together. For maximum coverage i asked to add another camera which he did for me with the advertised additional fee for a 4 camera system rather than the 3 I had ordered.
The installation was executed without mess or trouble and the results are everything I hoped for and more from the mid range 4 camera system.
If you are considering a CCTV system, don't wait till an incident occurs, prevention is better than cure and more than that it's peace of mind that you've taken the right step first time rather than spending hundreds of pounds on lesser systems trying to find a cheaper way of doing it.

Ahmet installed a 4k 3 camera system for us 24/01/19 and i have to say the whole experience for us was 1st class. From arriving promptly to explaining what he suggested would be the best areas of coverage to listening to our concerns and then working out and placing the system to allay our worries was excellent.
The information on the website was plenty to make an informed decision and Ahmet was even on hand for a webchat whilst i browsed to answer some questions.
When the install was complete our house was left neat, clean and tidy with the cabling nicely hidden and Ahmet gave a walk through tutorial with how to use the system on our phones (which he set up whilst with us) and home pc as well as leaving a quick guide for reference later should we need it.
Love being able to check on the house when out/at work and highly recommend CCTV Aware if you are considering CCTV!!

Last week CCTV Aware installed a new 4K Hikvision (8 Camera) CCTV System in our Serviced Office in Farringdon. The installation covered cameras situated from the ground floor up to roof level.

Installing cables within a live working environment is never easy, and I'm pleased to say that Ahmet and his team were always very polite and conscientious, ensuring our client's received minimal disruption at all times.

The workmanship was of exceptional standard, cables were neatly tied and even labelled to assist our maintenance team in the future. (No other contractor has ever labeled their work)!
