Of all the vendors I have dealt with in my 15 years working in public education, no once comes close to matching the experiences I have had with CDI. My rep, Andrew Frustaci, is outstanding. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am a pleased customer. CDI repeatedly gives me more and more reasons to purchase from them.

The sales person is very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me throughout the whole process in a very professional way. He assisted in selecting the right products for our company and made sure the order is placed in a timely manner. However, I was shocked when some stranger came in carrying boxes which turned out to be the products I ordered and which were delivered to them by mistake. What kind of service is that? How is it possible that a professional reputable company delivers somebody's merchandise to somebody else? This is really unbelievable.

I've been able to order exactly what I need without an issue. After numerous systems shipped and in use, only a couple have had to be replaced. The service exchange was quick and easy. I will continue to use the service that CDI offers.

GRADE A

All of the computers we have received have been in Grade A condition. Our sales rep Ryan is very easy to deal with and responds to emails and calls quickly.

Good prices, cheap upgrades to what they have in stock. My rep Mark G. is great.

CDI has consistently good service and good equipment that rarely has issues. Over 95 percent of equipment is in working condition now and when received. I have two RMAs in the last three years.

Compare this to other refurbished suppliers, with twice the DOA rate, twice the failure rate in less time, no comparable warranty, and no reachable customer service.

I really like the computer(s) that I received. They were very clean, great conditions and set up well. The only thing that I wish could be worked out was a faster 'out the door' shipping. It took (I think) 5 days before they shipped. I'm generally ordering these for clients where they have a computer down and the extra time to get them shipped can be a problen.
