Avoid CDs Vinyl Japan (Rury Art Music Co., Ltd) at all costs. After a month of silence, they have ignored all requests to consolidate my orders (#28590, #28727, #29045) and explicitly refused to use EMS as requested. Their negligence forced me to pay $2,131.00 MXN in redundant, unnecessary FedEx fees.
The packaging is substandard—using only a single sheet of paper for international shipping—resulting in damaged vinyl jackets. Furthermore, their website is designed to trap your money: it lacks a user dashboard, and there are no options to cancel, pause, or edit orders. Since they have ghosted me for over 30 days, I am initiating a formal bank chargeback. Shop App Support (Case #66060333) has already been notified of their bad faith practices.

My order never arrived, no refund, no respond to emails. AVOID at all cost!

The merchant has not shipped the order for a long time, and I have been unable to reach them through their contact email.

Ordered an item that is rare/expensive locally for an incredible price.

I had searched reviews and was prepared to wait. I did not have to wait long and the item arrived exactly as described. In better condition than other resellers.

I wanted to throw my experience on here for anyone else looking them up.

I ordered a CD on October 27th, 2025.
I hadn’t heard anything for three months, so I sent an email on January 24th, 2026 asking if it had shipped.
I didn’t get a response to the email, but my package shipped February 2nd and arrived on the 13th.
So about four and a half months total, but not a scam.
Patience was my friend. I’d do it again.

After a month of waiting I asked what is the estimated time of dispatch. Contacting them was difficult as their website advertises multiple addresses and only one is “functional”
Saw my order was cancelled instead. Extremely disappointing, from what I have seen I suspect they “sell” things they are not stocking and only dispatch if they can acquire it. And that is if I am being extremely charitable. I have seen quite a few people say they never received their order and had to argue with their bank to cancel. Extremely disappointing as a store like this would be amazing if it was functional.

Ich muss zugeben ich war auch zuerst skeptisch aufgrund der Bewertung das die Seite nur Fake ist.
Ich habe einfach mein Glück versucht, weil dort die überall ausverkaufte Vinyl von Taylor Swift Reputation noch auf Lager sein sollte. Ich hatte am 30.12.25 meine Bestellung aufgegeben. Es ist ewig nichts passiert sodass ich auch schon geglaubt hatte ok dein Geld ist weg, denn auf Email anfragen wird wirklich nicht reagiert.
Eine Woche später hab ich dann leider, eine Email bekommen das die Vinyl nicht mehr verfügbar ist und das meine Bestellung storniert wurde. 5 Tage später habe ich mein Geld zurück erhalten.
Also Leute, ihr könnte bestellen aber seit euch gewiss, das alles sehr viel länger dort dauert.

Shocking company, AVOID. Think they are scammers. Ordered a CD 30.11.25. 2 months later not received it and no reply to emails. I might as well have flushed £25 down the toilet!!

Ordered items on 31Dec 25 , as of 27th Jan 26 nothing , ignore emails , order states unfulfilled , resorted to contacting AMEX to get my money back.

This company is legit. I placed my order December 20, 2025 and received my two Japan import CDs exactly one month later on January 20, 2026.

My CDs were packed carefully and were exactly what was advertised. The process just took longer than if you ordered from a major supplier or Amazon, plus it is a foreign order for me being in California.

After two weeks I sent them an email for confirmation that my order was being processed/shipped. One week later, I received confirmation of my order from the company. One week later, I received a series of Fedex updates notifying me of my pending package.

Perhaps the holidays delayed my order, or perhaps this is a small operation. In any event, I am very satisfied with my order. Patience rules the day.

Ignore the single-star reviews: totally legit and great. It took a month for delivery from Japan to Australia. Everything ordered arrived in good order. It's a great website for ordering Japanese pressings at the Japanese retail price plus a fair and reasonable postage cost. Highly recommended!

They don't send the order and they NEVER answer the e-mails

Look at the ads they are telling you it's a scam in quite a clever way. Same as cdvinylstore.com, just read the ads of the stuff they're selling. Basically, if you think you can seriously buy this stuff at the prices they are saying then you deserve to be scammed!!

I waited a month. Didn't receive my order. I contacted them asking to cancel. Then, they removed 2 of the 3 LPs I ordered and shipped just one album with a HUGE delivery cost.

I contacted them by email several times, but they ignored my requests and never responded - they just shipped one album. A total waste of time and cost.

ONE TO AVOID

Advertised the cd I wanted as in stock, I purchased item. They confirmed purchase and site says order sent in 3-5 days we will contact you when sent. That was nearly a month ago, nothing sent, I sent 8 emails regarding the status of my order, had no reply. They took my £25.00 and never sent my order. Absolute scammers……..

No communication, no product sent, a fraudulent site and a disgrace to the great country of Japan.

Very pleased, ordered CD on 01/08/25, received 'on the way' email on 20/08/25, figured that it would take longer than time stated on website, I received CD on 11/09/25, thrilled as I had bought a dvd from different company and received a copy with photocopied cover, was bit worried same thing would happen, but I got real deal....the only reason it took as long as it did, is it was held up in customs, customs demand on 26/08/25, which really annoyed me, but I definitely going to use this site again

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! don't buy from them. Purchased over month ago never received confirmation or tracking details for item. After numerous attempts emailing them, no response. SCAMMMMM !!!!!!! DISGUSTING. Someone sitting in his house and stealing peoples money.
