Piss poor
Piss poor. We have deliveries taking 2-3 days to arrive and CEF blame the couriers🤦
News flash, I don’t care. Get the materials to site or store next day as you advertise

Pyro ends
Ordered parts for collection from my local branch, had issue finding one of the two parcels, but didn't take long.
Helpful staff and micc parts at distribution centre. Not many places carry pyro anymore. But wrexham cable is part of cef, so can get ends quickly

Ordering downlights was was easy and arrived on time. Only 4 stars as the easy fit connectors dont hold multiple cables very firmly and easily pull out but that's not CEFs fault. Designers and manufacturers need to try to actually fit some and then review themselves
