However the store staff were absolutely excellent in diagnosing and sorting out the problem. I cannot praise them enough. We all have problems, it's how you get over them that counts.

I called our local branch in Eastbourne about ordering and collecting the product. He suggested ordering online, but selecting to collect as otherwise, as we are a small business, there might be a danger of no one being available to receive the delivery.
I have since had to call as I wasn't able to collect when I'd anticipated, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.
