Cheap tatt! Given a Celeste Starr necklace, am aware it’s probably from TKMax so thankfully wouldn’t have cost much, however had it been bought direct I can honestly say it’s not anywhere near the £200 price tag the website claims it to be!
As cheap costume jewellery it’s probably fine and you’d not be gutted if it got broken or lost, but if you were to pay the full price you would be 1000,000,000% gutted to be sent such rubbish! Don’t waste your money folks unless you’re buying it cheap in TKMax.

I decided to try Celeste Starre for the first time during a recent Black Friday event during which some items were reduced to 90% off. I waited for this sale because I had frankly been alarmed by several reviews from various sites. I bought two pairs of earrings and one ear cuff and whilst I have not yet tried the earrings, I wore the ear cuff once and upon taking it off I noted that four crystals were missing. Now, in decades of wearing earrings and cuffs, studs and clip-ons, custom jewellery and solid gold with diamonds, not once did I end up with an earring missing anything at all. How on earth a single wear yielded four missing stones is anyone's guess other than to prove that the negative reviews are probably very much on point and that this is grossly overpriced tat without any quality control whatsoever. Imagine if I had paid £120 for this instead of £12! It isn't even worth 12p. Avoid.

I purchased five items from this retailer, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the items, a bracelet, was too large for my wrist, so I attempted to return it. The return process was an absolute nightmare. The customer service team was unhelpful and dismissive, offering only a small discount on full-priced items as compensation—this during a sitewide 70% sale, which made the gesture feel meaningless and out of touch.

The entire process was riddled with inefficiencies and poor communication, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. For the premium prices they charge, I expected not only superior quality but also a seamless and professional customer service experience. Instead, I was met with frustration and disappointment at every turn.

As for the items themselves, the quality was mediocre at best—decent, but certainly not reflective of the hefty price tags. When you're paying a premium, you expect both top-notch products and a hassle-free shopping experience, neither of which were delivered here.

The overall experience has left me with no desire to shop with this company again. The stress and lack of care shown by their customer service team have overshadowed any positives about the products themselves. If you're considering purchasing from this retailer, I would strongly advise thinking twice—it's simply not worth the money or the hassle.
