I would not recommend this company - stay away!
I placed an order based on the advertised delivery time frame of 5–8 business days (plus up to 3 additional business days). When my order failed to arrive, I contacted customer service and was told to wait a further 5–8 days, despite the tracking showing the parcel had only recently left China.
The item was purchased for my hen do and arrived too late to be of any use. While I understand delays can happen, I was disappointed that customer service refused to offer any compensation, discount, or assistance with return shipping costs despite the order significantly exceeding the delivery time frame advertised on their website.
Poor customer service and no flexibility when things go wrong. I would not order from this company again. It is also worth noting that when the product did arrive it is absolutely terrible quality and not worth the money they charge. They claim to be a Netherlands based company but are actually based in China, you are essentially ordering worse than Shein level quality for 5x the price. AVOID!
