My girlfriend's European Samsung Galaxy S6 phone, that was used for a year in Europe without any problem, network-locked itself in the USA during a trip, causing a lot of trouble and headache. Normally this phone should never do that. Still, it did. Samsung was not able to help, they recommended to visit a Samsung Repair Center - this was not a solution for us. Stuck abroad, with a non-working phone, no internet, no calls, no backup-phone was a nightmare.
Carson did his best, stayed in communication and got the codes, gave detailed advice, that finally unlocked her phone. Huh, the relief was tremendous!

Worst company ever. I did two codes. They couldn't do the first one, for my apple, and refused to refund the money. That's absurd. The second code they did all the way, it didn't work. When it didn't work I spent a week complaining/discussing it with them, until Friday came. Then they disappeared. On Monday, I contacted them again. They ignored me, and asked me all over again, about my problem. When I said I was just going to complain and file a complaint with BBB they immediately refunded me and cancelled my order, trying to hide. I don't like companies that scam. I don't like companies that hide. They can't provide the services they promise. They can't do their job.

This wasn't the first service of this kind that I tried and all the others failed to unlock my phone. This wasn't fast but I guess that it's the carrier fault. At the end, they managed to unlock when the others couldn't...that's what matters.

Received a sprint s7 thinking I could unlock it myself, and was sadly mistaken. Found cellfservices and immediately signed up for express unlock. While I didn't get the speed Id thought I would for the lock, not only was their customer service prompt and helpful, they offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I guarantee this website for unlocking your phone. I bought a iphone SE for my brother, but which was locked by att. So, by researching many websites, I chose this company (mainly because there are many positive reviews). I went the process, but unfortunately it was very slow time (christmas and new year). They said that process is very slow at att. So, I asked Alex who is manager (powerful man) and my phone was unlocked next day. For iphone, unlocking method is very easy. Only thing you need to do is connecting your phone to itunes. Then, it said "your phone is unlocked" in a minute. It was very pleased experience with this guys. I have many international travels a year, so i will keep working with this guy. Thanks a lot!!

There was a delay in receiving my code, which got stuck in processing due to an issue with this particular phone/carrier (it needed to be unlocked via the MetroPCS unlock app), but once I was able to make contact with them, Alex handled everything very quickly and efficiently and the phone was unlocked free of charge to compensate for the delay. Very happy with the outcome, despite the glitches.
