My Spouse and I purchased two new IPhone 17 which were basically supposed to be free - was also told that we were going to pay the same price - we were expecting a higher bill the 1st only.

1) our bill ended being over $ 400

2) next bill is expected to be $ 227 + Taxes

There is a Gentleman named Tamim who sold us the package and phones at the Woodlands Mall in Houston, Tx.

Only cared about his commission - was not truthful - be careful -

This place is all about ripping you off!!! Tim is a complete liar!! He thinks he is something special!!! It was 100% about his stupid commission!! Do NOT go to these people!!

STAY AWAY! This is not a real Verizon store! They just have Verizon name in front. And WHEN you have problems like I’m going through you can’t even deal with Verizon direct you have to go to cellular sales. I never heard of them before this terrible experience. They have been charging me for three phone lines since may. It’s no phone associated to them it was the devices we turn in. They can see it’s no active on the lines and it was supposed to be trade ins. They were supposed to combine my personal and business account together and my bill was supposed to be lowered. But I’m paying over $1000 a month for four phone lines. I own a trucking company and my business is tied to the phone lines so I can’t just can’t switch phone companies. I talked to I spoke with Chrissy and she looked at my case and assured that they would credit my account and she would get this three devices off my account. Now she called me sounding so sad saying they denied my request and couldn’t give me a reason why. So everyday I have to make phone calls to Verizon and cellular sales to try to get some kind of customer service. This place is not Verizon! Stay away go to Verizon direct! I feel like I’m being scammed. Dealing with them is so stressful! Just my experience

I was not told truth, Cellular sales charged me $45 activation fees and then Verizon charged me $45 activation fees, this is so wrong on all levels, plus signed me up for a $15 monthly insurance that I did not ask for. Your salesman had a better than thou attitude and frowned every time we asked a question. I will not be recommending your store.

This company is all about getting the most money out of their customers. They will sell you services especially if you are elderly and will not tell you about it. Please look at your bill very careful. Remember this is NOT VERIZON. This is a reseller and boy do they want to sale everything they can. Non ethical sales people.

This is a Verizon partner and I stopped at the office near me in Highlands Ranch Co to check on an upgrade offer. New guy told me I could get new iPhones and switch programs and save about $100 a month. Wow- great deal right? Wrong- bill went up $100 a month and played phone tag with manager and finally met in person and was told their math was right but the promise was wrong- Sorry! Be sure to get it in writing. Won’t be back

I think I was scammed.
Was at the Iowa State Fair walking by the Verizon trailer was stopped by Mike curious if it was the same Mike as the other review, I told Mike I was on prepaid cause my phone was paid off and I like the low payment which was $35 a month. Mike asked if I had a business which I do, and he said he could get me into a business plan for $50 a month. After 15 min of going back and forth I agreed.
While he was starting set the business plan up he said it wasn't letting him transfer it over. Mike made a couple phone calls the people in office said never done it and don't think you can do it. They said I would have to do a regular plan for a month then switch it over. I said that was ok
I traded my old phone in he said it was still valid for trade in. He never said how much and way he talked the phone was free. The paperwork he put in my bag has nothing on it yes trade in but shows no other info. After about four hours said he had my new phone ready.
He gave me his business card and put his number in my new phone and said call back in one month. During the month wait wife had problems with her prepaid and went to local store and she told them about what was going on and they raised concerns. I went talked to them and they said there were no offers for business at a $50 plan. Few days later called Verizon talked to a very nice guy and he found a old offer for a $50 business plan but no longer available but the 3rd party can offer things that Verizon might not cover. Month is over been trying call Mike leaving voicemails. 1st day he did call back and scheduled a time to do it next day never heard anything from him. Texted him couple days later nothing. Have called and emailed and nothing. I had a feeling and now think they scammed me.

Complete scam company from deceitful low intelligence sales people. First off - every single phone they sell is $10 more than MSRP. That’s how they make money - by literally over pricing everything.

Secondly, the sales scammers get commission on a $40 “device set up fee”. The sales squabs will promise you this is just an activation fee, and because you pay it immediately and the real activation fee in rolled into your Verizon bill the customers do not catch it. Out right scammers preying on elderly and young people. They are not smart and cannot argue as they have absolutely no backbone I got a full refund and they bribed me to take down a Google review.

I work at FL State Fair 2023. Salesperson Mike tried to talk to us to open the phone lines with Verizon. He promised to keep the bill under $100. He said he will have his manager give us the credit, but when we got the bills, it's almost double of what he quoted us. Tried to call him back but never answered our phone. We called Verizon company complain about the Bill, Verizon person said they can't do anything because Cellular Sales just a third party, so we need to talk to the our sales person.
