Wonderful service
I made a mistake and sent it to the wrong location. The lady at the front desk said that it was an easy fix! Immediately calmed my nerves and foxed the issue in a timely manner!

The pitch quality was exceptional
The pitch quality was exceptional. The colors were amazing and I appreciate that because I've seen other peoples pictures at functions and they weren't that good. The only problem I have is that I did not get a notification stating that my package was being shipped and it came earlier than I expected, and my neighbor brought it to my door because it was left in the mailbox area.

Siento que deben tener un programa para ajustar la imagen y quede bien y se vea bien el QR estaba muy borroso y además la parte frontal de mi logo se veia estirada y no me agradaba mucho como se veía y las tarjetas las entregaron muy desordenadas dentro de la caja

Gracias por tu reseña de tres estrellas. Lamentamos que el código QR haya salido borroso y que el logo se viera estirado en la parte frontal de las tarjetas. Entendemos tu frustración.
El problema principal fue la resolución baja de las imágenes que nos enviaste, lo que afectó la nitidez del QR y el logo al imprimir. Respecto al empaque, las tarjetas se colocan en el mismo estilo de caja que usamos para todas las órdenes de business cards, para protegerlas lo mejor posible durante el envío.
Como muestra de buena voluntad y para compensar tu experiencia, te ofrecemos un 20% de descuento en tu próxima orden.

Easy to order. Very nice quality poster. I’m happy with the work. However, no fault of this printing company, my shipment was delayed by “mechanical failure “ and arrived one day too late for its intended use.
