Total scam artists. Product was nothing like what was advertised and on top of that, was defective. Emailed them asking about a refund and they told me they are checking in with another department and then ghosted me. Now it’s too late to fight the charge with PayPal’s fraud department. Very clever scammers.
This is a very bad company. Do not order from them. My product was defective and they refused to exchange or refund because I did not have shipping label from box.
Made my order, took a month to receive it. The product did not perform according to the ads. I have been trying for another few weeks to get them to allow me to return it for a full refund. Buyer beware. This is a scam company from China.

Took six weeks for delivery. The product itself is cheaply made and does not work as advertised. Should've done more research first and I would not have ordered from this company. Won't make the same mistake twice!
I received my item 2 months after I ordered my item. I wasn't happy about it but I kept informed of where my item was. I was happy after I received it as I needed it so bad but now I have it I feel alot safer in my life. So now im happy. Thank you.
Ordered a product took forever overcharged me got wrong product then they start negotiations with you for a fraction of what you paid. A rip off due not use.
Ordered a product I saw on Facebook through their website. Waited 2 weeks, received no tracking number. Emailed them for number, received that. Not heard on update of package. Found out it was delivered to the wrong address through the tracking number they sent me. Did email the company it was sent to wrong address. Never heard back from the thieving scum bags they are 😡😡. Don't order from these thieves....
No reply to multiple communication attempts
Ordered items, immediately emailed and wrote to the vendor to make a change and all I kept receiving as a reply was "we are on vacation, someone will get back to you when we can". When I finally got in touch with someone, guess what I was told "Sorry, it's too late the order has already been shipped". Do not waste your time and hard earned money on these crooks. Shop locally or with vendors that are reputable. That was my mistake I gave a chance and got it in the teeth
Thank to everyone's reviews I did not get ripped off by these pos people. It's time to start cracking down on all these site that take advantage of people.your stealing from hardworking people.shame on you!
In my opinion a rip off, with what I feel in my opinion fake FB reviews etc, I ordered a product that never came and I only got the standard auto repose from emailing them.PayPal dispute now set up
I wish I could pick “0” as a rating. My order held up due to carrier’s ongoing strike…have reached out to their customer service multiple times without a response…stay away…
