chaddsfordjewelry.com Reviews

First let me say that I love Chadds Ford earrings. For my most recent order, the tracking shows delivered, BUT the package was never received. I checked with neighbors and then alerted CFJ hoping they could help locate the package, but after numerous emails with the support staff I became discouraged and finally gave up. Sad that the company can not support their customers better.

I never write reviews but felt it was necessary to do one for Chaddsford jewelry. I just received my 4 pairs of earrings and 2 necklaces today 6/15/2024. I own lots of jewelry and I am skeptical about buying jewelry from just anywhere, especially online. It’s not flimsy and doesn’t feel cheap. It was worth it and I’ll order from them again! Thanks Chaddsford jewelry for being on point 😊

I came across Chadds Ford jewelry and placed an order for 3 items on sale for 50% off or more. The items came quickly and are of a much higher quality than I was expecting for the costs. I am very pleased to wear them.

The earrings I purchased from Chadds Ford jewelry is absolutely beautiful and it’s very high quality. I received it as was promised and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Just received my first order and I really LOVE my purchase, I placed another order!!! Christmas shopping is easy this year!!

I have now ordered 3 times from them. The first time I saw a few items that looked really cute and weren't too expensive so I figured it was worth the risk. Wow was I thrilled when they arrived. The items were beautifully wrapped with quite a bit of extra attention. They added sweet little velvet bags to my orders and those will be happily used for the items that I purchased for gifts! They also added some very sweet stickers that really made me smile. I felt like these orders have been packaged with the utmost of care and the items are really delightful. I am extremely pleased!

I absolutely love this company!! I just want to keep on buying :) the earrings are not heavy, made of a nice material and so cute! I just got my birdie sterling silver studs and they were so worth it. I was surprised that such a big post could go in my holes but it went in so easily! I am really looking forward to getting more earrings/jewelry in the future and I highly recommend this family owned company! It also ships quite fast and comes in the most adorable little boxes with coupon codes and birdie stickers:) <3 Esther

Affordably priced and great quality. I have ordered several times from Jane and love her nature inspired designs.

I recently found Chadds Ford jewelry and immediately fell in love with sand birdie design. I ordered a set of earrings and they arrived beautifully wrapped and very quickly. I had a question about the earrings, and even though there was no problem to fix they fixed it anyway! Their response was so quick and in such a positive manner that every company should take example. I will definitely be watching their up coming designs and plan on many more happy purchases. Thank you!

This was my first purchase from Chadds Ford and it certainly won't be my last! The juniper branch earrings are even better than the pictures show. Gorgeous, extremely comfortable to wear, and excellent price. They arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and included some fun, unexpected goodies. Thank you so much! I love it all and can't wait to wear these all the time 😁❤

The jewelry arrive quickly. It is absolutely beautiful! Just as I expected. I ordered the little bird necklace and earrings. The packaging was done so thoughtful and lovely. I would order again.

Their jewelry is so pretty and well made for the unbelievable prices! Quick shipping and well packed in sweet little bags for gift giving. I purchased multiple pieces for myself and multiple pieces for gifts and was only disappointed in the size of one pair of stamped earrings that turned out to be especially tiny. I still kept them but they are way smaller than I thought they'd be. I would buy from them again just be careful when checking sizes in the descriptions. They always have great sales, too!

I can’t believe how fast they arrived. The earrings I purchased are absolutely lovely. My new Favorites!!!!!

I ordered the adorable hummingbird earrings for my daughter in November for Christmas, I have never received them, but the charge went through on my credit card, could you please check on this order and see what went wrong, thank you

I ordered 4 pieces from this business. They are as advertised, beautiful, and very affordable. Shipped quickly to me. I love them! Will purchase again. Thank you!
