Hey there, Chainer! 🎉
We are sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with Chainers. 😔
We checked our system and can confirm that you contacted our Support Team on 14th of September and have already received a goodwill gesture for the issue concerning the delay in Tournament Points accrual. 🎁
Please note that the delay was caused by a significant overload of user requests. Our team is already working on improvements to prevent similar issues in the future. 🛠️
We hope this clarifies the situation, and we wish you an awesome day! 🚀

Disgraceful platform manipulation. Deleting leader's XP to push their own moderator to #1!
Do not trust this project and their Zealy leaderboard. I am a top-2 player worldwide in this project, and my account has been connected to their system for 4 years. Today, they have reached a new low: they are completely freezing and deleting my earned XP. The system shows that my quests are successfully completed, but the points are intentionally withheld and not added to the global leaderboard.
They are doing this for one reason: to clear the path and forcefully drag their Discord moderator, MaxPeace, to the #1 spot. This man is a textbook administrative puppet on a payroll. He hasn't invested his own money into his farm. He has YouTube and TikTok channels filled with expensive in-game assets, but not a single video shows him actually buying anything. All those high-tier assets were simply given to him by the developers as a reward for promoting the game. He sits in the chats 20 hours a day acting as an official promoter, screaming about "amazing discounts" and "great packs to buy" under every promotional post just to lure newcomers into spending real money on a fake showcase.
A direct message to the developers: Do not copy-paste your pathetic, scripted response under my review asking me to "send my game ID" or "contact support so we can look into it." I am the #2 player in your entire global leaderboard. My IDs and wallets have been hardcoded into your system for 4 years. You know exactly who I am. Stop manipulating the rankings, stop freezing honest players' XP, and stop hiding behind your paid puppet!

Hey there, Chainer! 🎉
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the recent Zealy Sprints. 💛
Please share your registration details with us, as this will help verify that you are the person who posted the review, and that no one else is doing this on your behalf.
Regarding your case, please contact our Discord admins to ask about the situation and get it resolved. At the moment, we have no indication that anyone is deleting your XP (or anyone else’s) to benefit another player(s). 📌
We’d also kindly ask you to remain polite and respectful toward other players.
We’ll continue working to improve the Chainers community experience, so stay tuned for exciting updates! 🚀

cool but...
The game is good, although right now they should focus a little more on improving the gaming experience on mobile and tablet. They've been pushing a lot of paid events lately; even though they aren't mandatory, they're a bit annoying—it feels like they're desperate to generate revenue just for the developer.

We’re really sorry to hear that you are not playing the game at the moment 💔
Please note that Chainers is a game, not an investment platform. While we aim to keep rewards balanced, our main focus is on fun and fair gameplay. 🎮
And while the withdrawal limits have been increased, there have also been some positive news:
🎉 Reward pools have been boosted
🚀 A new Tier 4 has been introduced
That said, we’ll keep working to improve both rewards and overall gameplay, so stay tuned for future updates 🚀
Wkwkwk 😂
Wkwkwk 😂

I've been using **Chainers.io** for quite some time, and it's one of the most enjoyable Web3 gaming platforms I've experienced. The gameplay is fun, the NFT artwork is creative, and there are frequent events that keep the community engaged.
What I appreciate most is that the development team is active, listens to feedback, and continues to improve the platform with regular updates. The community is friendly, and there are plenty of opportunities to participate and earn rewards through gameplay.
Like any evolving project, there is always room for improvement, but overall my experience has been very positive. If you're interested in Web3 gaming, NFTs, and an active community, Chainers is definitely worth checking out.
