Chamberlain Doors Ltd Reviews 

First of all I cannot comment on the quality of their doors. This review relates to a specific incident which may or may not reflect on the attitude of the company. I was travelling in a 50 mile zone for several miles when one of their drivers came up behind CLOSE me and flashed his lights for me to get out of his way despite the fact that I was travelling at 50mph and traffic was moderate preventing me from pulling over. This continued for several miles until at the end of the controlled zone I let him drive past before pulling away at 70mph. Very very poor attitude. I phoned the company to place a formal complaint and was told that no one was available and that someone would ring me back. They didn’t! I would never ever buy goods from this company.

Quality door. Garage door supplied and fitted quickly. Chamberlain provided an updates throughout and fitter clearly took pride in his work!

Would highly recommend and use again in the future when we look into fitting an electric mechanism to the door.

Very pleased with my new garage door, had been struggling with my old door for a while and I really wish I had replaced earlier, found chamberlain doors extremely helpful and communication from ordering was excellent. Passed on the info to my neighbour already.

I ordered a door through Wicks and was informed that the door would be delivered by the supplier direct ( chamberlain) I had a phone message that my door would be delivered wed 4th August I phoned them to say I wouldn't be there and was given a date of Wed 9th August I organised a day off work and suitable cover I then had a call today to say that they will deliver the door the day before this will now cost me 2 days pay so chamberlain and wicks you have lost a customer

.....they fitted a ‘wonky’ garage door, to the extent you can see my garage floor from outside of the property !!!!!

They said they’d attend the property last week to fix it but they didn’t !! So who knows when it’ll get fixed - they should have got it right in the first place and then they wouldn’t need to come back !!!!!

A second appointment was made and they failed to attend that too, no call and no apology from anyone which is appalling !!!!!!

I had a thermal survey completed by a well known company recognised by Which and they stated in their report that the garage door was “poorly fitted”.

Not a company I’d recommend to anyone !!!!!
