Scrubs  

I’ve been really happy with my Chameleon Scrubs. They’re comfortable even during longer shifts, and I really like how the material feels. The fit is great too, and they have a professional look without feeling too formal. They’ve definitely become one of my favourite things to wear for work.

The scrubs I bought are super comfortable, soft, light and they dry fast. I needed 100% cotton due to some allergies to synthetic fabric. I work as a dental technician and I found I don't get charged with static electricity since I'm wearing these scrubs. Very happy with them so far and I will buy more whenever the current ones get worn down.

I wanted 100% cotton scrubs and Chameleon had a good choice. Customer service was excellent - there was a shortage of the colour I selected and they phoned to offer an alternative, which was better and arrived within 2 days. The quality is good and the fit relaxed.

I ordered a pair of trousers to wear during the hot weather instead of my regular nursing trousers, but I was sent a top instead.

Elaine from customer services responded quickly to my initial email about returning the incorrect item, and I was told I would receive a full refund once they received the returned top.

Unfortunately, they received the item back over two weeks ago (I even provided proof of delivery), and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve had no further communication despite the delay.

Terrible customer service. Sending the wrong item is one thing, but failing to process a refund promptly after receiving the return is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.

Excellent service, scrub top is very good quality.

Ordered some lab coats for our studio and they were great and well made. Color was exact from description and picture. High quality stuff. Elaine was super helpful and responsive, notifying us of order and shipping estimates.

I had to exchange an item, Elaine sorted it out with ease and the new item came within days.
Communication was super quick as was the service.
Would thoroughly recommend.

I assisted in setting up a small bulk order for our NHS Trust department. Lead times were communicated clearly, and the procedure was simple. Everything, including the embroidery, came as promised. We liked that it felt planned rather than hurried.

Ordered the scrubs took months to be delivered , no contract despite emails and calling . then trousers were too small and top too big ! Weird shape scrubs as well.
Have emailed to return them and called but no reply. Have sent a chase email today too all the contacts for them I have so we shall see. But I have no hope epically as their returns policy is nonsense!
Would never recommend to anyone.

Still waiting for my two scrub tops to arrived, I ordered them in June. Very Poor communication and when I have managed speak to someone there has been excuse after excuse!

Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered! This company isn't interested in customer service and won't respond to emails or phone calls if you need to return items. Total SCAM. Bet the standard response re trying to address delivery issues will be posted as a reply!!

Updated...thanks for sending through the returns details. The product is actually fine, just too big. It's frustrating as a customer that arranging returns is not easy. I will make sure I read the returns policy when ordering on line in the future. All the other companies I've dealt with make the process much simpler!

Either scam or company doesn't exist anymore. Never received my product and had to contact my bank to get my money back. AVOID!

Ordered 4 scrub tops - only 2 arrived. No answer to e-mails, phone calls or facebook messages. Have reported to credit card company as a result.
