Can not recommend Annette highly enough. My 11-year-old son was so nervous about starting senior school and Annette has really helped him manage his anxiety and improve his confidence. Seeing Annette once a month on the Momentum Mentoring programme has been hugely beneficial to him. Thank you so much Annette!

My son was suffering from anxiety and lack of confidence and needed some help. The sessions he did with CHAMPS working with Annette have given him the ability to cope in situations that he previously would have found difficult, his confidence has increased enormously, he has started his first job and his first relationship. It is a joy to see.

Annette was able to help our daughter put things into perspective where she was previously panicking. Our daughter is noticably more relaxed and calm about things now and has more self confidence.

I am so glad that I discovered CHAMPS on Google. I always do my research and read reviews first, so I had confidence in going along with CHAMPS as I did not read a single bad review. Annette Du Bois is a fantastic coach and has really helped my 14 year old daughter with her confidence, self-esteem and self-belief. Since the Covid lockdowns, my daughter
( who is naturally a shy, quiet girl) has had challenging friendship issues at high school, and did not know how to face them or deal with them. This got to the stage where she hated going to school and was asking me if she could do homeschooling. I got to a stage where nothing I said could make her feel better. I hated seeing her so sad and was desperate to do anything to help her. I can definitely say that finding Annette has been like a godsend. Her approach and style of coaching is very relaxing, empathetic and encouraging. My daughter trusted Annette and looked forward to her coaching sessions. She has definitely grown in confidence and is now better equipped with different strategies on dealing with friendship issues, and making new friends. She has also become more resilient and is happier in herself.

An anxious and unconfident teen.
My daughter was having terrible anxiety/confidence and self worth issues. In 5 sessions Annette has helped change my daughter’s thought process so her outlook is more logically and rationally thought out, leading to a far more positive young lady. The change is very noticeable and welcome!
Annette is very gentle and calm and read the reactions of my daughter exceptionally well.
Annette also keeps the parents updated thoroughly and is open to extra information or worries they might crop up over the course.
Overall, I’m so pleased with the changes in my daughter, which is a huge relief all round. The tools Annette gives, fill me with confidence, that my daughter will continue to refer back to them if and when she needs once the course finishes. One more session to go!

I contacted Champs academy as my son was struggling to put things into perspective. This may sound minor but the effect it was having on his wellbeing was concerning. I talked it through with Anette and following her input his ability to reframe and deal with situations has improved dramatically. As a father I want my children to have the best start and their attitude and approach to life will have a big impact on everything they do from school to personal relationships. The sessions with Annette have been worthwhile and I would recommend anybody struggling to guide their children their teenage years considers the program.

Annette has been working with our son for 5 months now and the change in him is amazing. 3 months in we went on a family holiday and my husband said afterwards that his highlight had been the change in our son. We had no melt downs, no moods, he was confident in himself to just go off and play mini golf or go on the water slides he didn’t need his brother with him. He was just a happy teenager and it was beautiful to see. I know we still have a way to go with him but to see the change in him gives me so much happiness. Thank you Annette 🙏🏼

I must admit. First, I was a little sceptical about how much CHAMPS Academy claimed to be able to help children with confidence difficulties. However, during the initial taster session, I was pleasantly reassured by Annette as she demonstrated she knew what she was doing, so I didn't hesitate to book 1-1 sessions for my son and I am so glad I did. He made fantastic progress during the sessions and is much more confident.

My son is much happier and has overcome his social anxiety since undertaking coaching sessions with CHAMPS Academy.

My daughter has always struggled with school anxiety and believing in herself. We tried various methods but were never able to get consistency. We were lucky enough to find Annette who has been amazing, she has enabled her to gain calmness, reassurance and a sense of positivity. She looked forward to her sessions with Annette every week.

My daughters have completed Confidence Coaching with Annette and I have attended Parent Coaching.
We've all learnt so much, it's been great. Annette has helped with general confidence and helped us address personal situations and feel more confident less anxious. It was great to do that as a family. Annette has so much knowledge, she's exudes calmness and peace. She's addressed any issue that cropped up and helped us understand things that would previously have caused us anxiety.

Social confidence help.
After looking at Trustpilot reviews we decided to give CHAMPS a go to boost our sons social confidence issues. After 6 consultations with Annette we have noticed a difference in his confidence and ability to build friendships. 👍

My 9 year old daughter has benefited greatly from the sessions she has had so far. Our initial session was on 17th Feb and I can already see a huge improvement to my daughters confidence. The strategies and tools that Annette shares/teaches are a godsend,confidence levels, self belief and controlling emotions have all improved.
