Your allegation that the Prada bag supplied to you is fake is completely false. We hold invoices and documentation confirming the authenticity of the item, including documentation directly from Prada. This evidence has now also been submitted to your bank as part of our formal response to your chargeback.
When you raised an issue with the version of the bag supplied, we acknowledged the error, apologised and provided you with a prepaid return label on 24 August, offering a full refund upon return of the item.
Despite this, you have not returned the bag to us. Instead, you have opened a chargeback seeking to recover the full purchase price while still retaining the merchandise.
You cannot reasonably expect to keep a £595 Prada bag while also recovering the £595 paid for it. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this appropriately and have provided a return service entirely at our expense.
We will be providing the bank with the full correspondence, prepaid return documentation, evidence that the merchandise has not been returned to us, and Prada documentation confirming its authenticity.
The prepaid return option remains available should you wish to return the merchandise and resolve the matter correctly.

Delivery was super quick and by Royal Mail Special Delivery, so covered for the value. The box was slightly damaged in transit but Chance Fashion was very quick to respond when I flagged and sent a replacement box straight away. Excellent product and customer service. Many thanks!

Within an hour they replied personally, answered my query, and even amended the price for me. I ordered the jacket and it arrived today. Following Tuesday, Great service, great price, and I will definitely order from them again.

Authenticity concerns, but Chance had no interest in investigating.
I purchased a Prada Re-Nylon messenger bag from Chance Fashion.
When the bag arrived, I initially thought it looked fine. However, after examining it more closely and comparing it side by side with the same bag purchased from an authorised retailer, I noticed a number of differences in the finishing, stitching and overall quality of construction.
The differences were not dramatic and would have been easy to overlook without having the two bags next to each other, but they were enough to leave me questioning the authenticity of the item and I no longer felt comfortable keeping it.
I contacted Chance Fashion to explain my concerns. They maintained that the bag was authentic and made it clear they did not want to discuss or investigate. I remained unconvinced based on my own comparison.
They did allow me to send it back, but required me to cover the return postage costs - despite raising authenticity concerns.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone purchasing luxury goods from Chance to check authenticity and detailing carefully and be aware that they will charge you to return, even if you believe it isn’t authentic.

Chance state below that they asked me to provide “clear photographs and specific details” regarding my concerns.
At no point in our correspondence did the company ask me to provide clear photographs or specific details, which I would have been happy to supply.

We strongly reject the claims made in this review.
The Prada Re-Nylon Messenger Bag you purchased from Chance Fashion was 100% authentic. We source our Prada items directly from Prada and hold official invoices to verify this. We do not buy Prada stock from third-party, unverified or unofficial sources.
When you contacted us, you stated you had authenticity concerns, but when we asked you to provide clear photographs and specific details showing the differences you were referring to, you were unable to provide any evidence to support the claim.
Despite this, we still allowed you to return the item. The return postage was your responsibility because the item was not proven to be faulty or inauthentic, and no evidence was provided to support that allegation.
We take authenticity extremely seriously, and reviews suggesting otherwise can seriously damage the reputation of our business. Given that we hold direct Prada invoices confirming authenticity, we consider the claims made in this review to be misleading and potentially defamatory. We may seek legal advice regarding our position, as false authenticity claims can cause real commercial harm.
We are always happy to investigate genuine concerns properly, but allegations of this nature must be supported with evidence. In this case, no clear evidence was provided.

Have used Chance quite a lot over the years mainly buying CP Company or Stone Island. Always a fast service and genuine items (I always use Certilogo too.) For the first time I had to send an item back (was a bit small, 100% didn't suit me and my daughters said I looked older wearing it!) and the return process was really fast and refunded quickly. Will continue to use these guys without hesitation.
