My investigation into Chansino.com began after encountering Alice, a chatbot on their platform that falsely claimed to be human. This raised immediate red flags about transparency and honesty, so I dug deeper into their licensing.
What I found was alarming: Chansino displays a Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate under license number OGL/2024/1451/0918, supposedly tied to Long Island N.V. (Company No. 157372). However, official registry records show Long Island N.V. was discontinued in October 2024 and cannot legally hold a license.
At the same time, the exact same license number OGL/2024/1451/0918 is legitimately assigned to Medium Rare N.V. (Stake.com), confirmed active in the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce registry since 2017. This duplication is impossible under Curaçao’s new LOK law and strongly suggests Chansino is misusing or forging a license certificate.
The risk to players is clear: Chansino misrepresents its regulatory status and even deploys a chatbot that pretends to be human. Depositing money here exposes you to unregulated operations with no consumer protection. My findings are backed by official registry excerpts and screenshots of both certificates.
Recommendation: Until Chansino can prove a valid, unique license under the Curaçao Gaming Authority, avoid depositing or playing. Stick to casinos with verifiable CGA seals that link directly to cert.gcb.cw.
