Scam!!! I never received the dress and didn’t receive the money back either! All the positive comments here seem fake

Total scam!! I never received the dress and they have yet to refund the money. It has been over three months since I ordered and they keep telling me to be patient.

I haven’t received my order, and it’s been over a month. Despite sending multiple emails requesting a refund, they keep making excuses instead of resolving the issue. I hope I will at least get my refund. Do not buy from this website.

Truffa evidente – abito mai arrivato!
Ho ordinato un abito su Chanteluxe il 19 novembre, con consegna dichiarata in 5 giorni.
Ad oggi non ho ricevuto nulla, nessun tracking valido, nessuna spedizione reale.
Nel frattempo ho scoperto che le stesse foto e gli stessi articoli sono presenti su un sito serio e affidabile, il che conferma che Chanteluxe utilizza immagini rubate e probabilmente non ha alcun prodotto reale.
Ho richiesto il rimborso più volte, ma continuano a inventare scuse: “in transito”, “policy di reso”, ecc.
È evidente che questo sito è una truffa e inganna i clienti.

Non ordinate nulla su Chanteluxe: è un rischio reale, vi prendono in giro e vi rubano i soldi.

Grosse arnaque !!! Première fois colis jamais reçu ! Et 2 eme fois j’ai eu une robe payé 100€ pour une qualité bidon de Temu ou SHEIN que eux vendent à 2€
Ils répondent toujours la même chose par mail.
À fuir ils vendent du rêve avec leur site internet mais c’est que du faux !!!

Truffa! Mi hanno spedito un abito errato e con 10 giorni di ritardo. Dopo 5 mesi di mail e richieste di rimborso continuano a dirmi che daranno priorità alla mia richiesta, ho chiesto un indirizzo di PEC per procedere legalment ma non me lo danno. Ho segnalato all'associazione consumatori per far si che questo sito venga chiuso

Lo primero comentar que el producto viene de china , por tanto nunca llega a tiempo porque en aduanas se lo paran durante 6 dias mínimo , lo segundo se hacen pasar por tienda francesa y MENTIRA, la que me trajo el envio 16 dias despues me dice que solo trabajan con aliexpress y Shein,osea un engaño, y lo tercero es que si el vestido tiene descuento ( que son todos practicamente) no te dejan devolverlo ,y aun encima chinada de vestido ,es una estafa vaya.

Se potrei lo valuterei con 0 stelle. Pessimo acquisto, pessimo materiale, il colore non come in foto, è una truffa. Mi hanno fregato i soldi e adesso non si può fare neanche il reso perché il prodotto era in offerta cosa che quando lo acquisto non era specificata. È uno straccio non un vestito fa schifo solo averlo in armadio.

Il vestito non rispecchia le caratteristiche mostrate nelle foto. Presenta elastici dove non dovrebbero esserci, cuciture sbagliate, fitting diverso e materiale scadente, bottoni diversi da quelli presentati nel sito. Una cinesata. Inoltre impossibilitata a fare il reso poiché prodotto in sconto

I cannot believe they made me pay €80 for a dress of a such a poor quality that it should be worth €10 maximum. Of course they discount the dresses so that you cannot return them afterwards, basically a scam!

Il vestito acquistato aveva una qualità pessima che non giustificava il prezzo, non mi hanno mai fatto fare il reso, il link sul sito non funzionava e gli ho scritto su tutti i canali ma non mi hanno mai aiutata. Non acquistate

Fatal! Hice la compra de mi vestido y tardo en llegar 15 días. Cuando me llega el vestido envuelto en plástico ya me daba mala espina y para mi sorpresa el vestido no coincide con las medidas que aparecen en la página. Se supone que la modelo mide 1,70 y lleva una talla S ( el vestido arrastra por el suelo) yo pedí una talla M y mido 1,66 y se me ven los tobillos. Les mande un correo y no me dieron ninguna solución se basan en que es un producto de venta final y no tiene devolución 66€ tirados a la basura.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I received a dress with a label from AliExpress, extremely poor quality.
I received this in May and tried to process a refund immediately but their “portal” does not work. After corresponding with the “company” (they take on average 3 weeks to reply) I still have not received a refund.
To put into perspective, I bought a dress for my hen do…I am now married and still do not have my refund.

Do not trust these con artists!! Everything they have on their site is “on sale” so it voids their return policy. The company is not registered anywhere. The “founder” Julia Moreau does not exist. They do not ship from France, they ship trash from China. Judging by when updates come through, this is some sad sack based on the west coast of the US, scamming people. Dress came through not as advertised online, as the lighting and angles hid the fact that the fabric is horrifically cheap, the detailing is poor, and there is a cheap elastication on the lower back. “Full price” €90, “sale” price €65, in reality it’s not even worth €5 from the local market. Whoever runs this is a disgusting deceitful human being and should be ashamed of themselves.

Vestito ancora non arrivato quando la data di scadenza e’ passata ormai da giorni. Non si sa dov’è il pacco! pessimi! per carità! tra l’altro penso sia anche molto scadente la roba che vendono!!!!

Non fidatevi.
Ho acquistato un vestito per un matrimonio. Appena ricevuto il colore non rispettava quello della foto; doveva essere oro e invece è arrivato giallo ocra. Inoltre il materiale non è della massima qualità; si tratta di sintetico.
Sul sito c'è scritto che l'azienda è francese, ma il pacco è arrivato dalla Cina, cosa che mi ha insospettito.
Infine non ho potuto fare il reso, perché dice che, avendo usufruito di un piccolo sconto, l'articolo non era idoneo alla restituzione.
Esperienza negativa sotto ogni punto di vista.
