I would just be mindful that if you buy paint from them in my case I bought quarter quarts grey instead of quarter grey. The paint tin was not opened and I hadn’t even taken it out of the box because I saw the delivery note and I contacted them to advise that the paint is Made to order and cannot be returned. I was not aware of this and I do not believe it is identified when ordered.

I bought four paint bottles from them, one of which arrived, and I'm still waiting for the other three. Keep calling them. They will tell you they will update you by email or phone, but you will never get the answer. Now, two weeks later, still nothing has come. Avoid this irresponsible company if you are a contractor or doing something that needs to follow a timeline.

I was searching on google for HAMMERITE paint and all of the resulting companies (a) only had smaller size cans and (b) were very expensive. Chapel interiors were one of the few that had the 1 litre tin and the price was excellent - in fact most companies were charging the same price for much smaller tins of this paint.
They processed my order and shipped the tin very quickly and it arrived earlier than predicted .

This company offered the paint I wanted at a notably lower price than its competitors. Stupidly, I ordered 5L of the wrong colour, but Jade in customer services promptly rectified my issue and swapped the colour for me. The paint arrived the next day. I will be ordering all future paints from this company. Thank you.

Sorry to have to provide an honestly negative review, as I like to support SME's. However, Chapel Interiors have not accepted responsibility for paint delivered that is not close in pantone to the paint ordered. They have refused to rectify the issue, despite the pictures of the paint on white paper (as requested by them and carried out at my inconvenience) clearly showing the difference. £40 and an hour of my time wasted.

Excellent overnight order and delivery service from Chapel Interiors for two five litre cans of wood preservatives.
Very efficient phone service and specialist thick cardboard packing to protect the cans.
Amazingly quick delivery by about 10.00 am by UPS.

Sells Little Green paint and claims it’s ‘bespoke’ to avoid accepting returns. Returns policy illegal under Distance Selling Regulations. Would avoid.

Great service from Chapel Interiors

We turned up to the shop two minutes before closing time with a very specific request. We were given time to discuss our options and felt well looked after. Really good service and highly recommended.

I have used this company several times in the last 2 years.
I changed my mind after I submitted my order and the customer service was impecable. Order changed over the phone and some money refunded inmediately.
Delivery is outstanding, even I had not requested following day, paint pot were here after 24 hr.

Great experience and would definitely use them again. Cannot fault the customer service received especially by Jade. We ordered 14 pots of paint and even though they were very well packed 2 arrived damaged, replacements were sent out promptly. Highly recommend and cheaper then anywhere else!

Fantastic service - I had placed an order with the Paint Depot on 13 January for 9 tins of paint ie 8 Zoffany & 1 F&B - total price just over £600.

I ended up having to cancel the order on 2 February with the Paint Depot because despite numerous promises they failed to despatch, never mind deliver my order - of course, they blamed Zoffany.

On the same day as I cancelled the non delivered order from Paint Depot, I placed the exact same order with Chapel Interiors.
This order was delivered TODAY - 3 working days later.
Better still, the order worked out slightly less expensive.

Ordered five cans of Little Greene paint in different colours and finishes. Arrived by courier next day, free delivery and paint 10% cheaper than ordering direct from LG - cannot fathom how that makes commercial sense for LG! Based on my experience, I can only recommend this company to all.
