I got refunded for my money but I was still charged 5 dollars and the charger didn’t even work and tried 3 different chargers waste of money

they are quantity over quality
this lady June is the ceo but how do you not know what's going on in your business and then hire a bunch of incompetent people. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Once you buy the machines from them they're really no help! it's very difficult to get a hold of them and once you do they never know what's going on. Also that Kevin guy is very rude!

Please do not waste your time with this company. A person named Austin emailed me about a concern I had with the charger and a request for my refund. He promised to look into the situation but never responded when I followed up. It’s best to get your own portable charger. The spots to return the charger go go were inaccurate and inaccessible

Save time and throw $50 out the window!
Avoid this company and any product they offer. They are best know for their chargers for phones at stadiums and other locations. The problem is they will take your money - claim you never returned the device - leaving you only with AI for help - and your money will be gone. AVOID THIS GROUP - they need to be reported and closed.

We were promised 20 fully operational…
We were promised 20 fully operational kiosks by JB Charging as part of what they claimed was a turnkey partnership. After wiring funds and being strung along with vague updates, missed deadlines, and zero transparency, we’ve seen no actual results—no installs, no revenue, no documentation.
Their team continually dodged direct questions, failed to provide verifiable proof of progress, and used stall tactics every time we asked for a timeline or location updates. The “contract” was full of vague language, and every milestone kept moving without explanation.
We’ve requested a refund multiple times with no response. This feels like a bait-and-switch operation hiding behind a professional-looking website.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose time, money, and trust.
