We ordered 400 plates and we recd only 1 pakcet

After sending an email a there is no phone number to call, I had ordered 15 tree platters to which I only received 5. I emailed and explain this and heard no reply until the day I received a usps notification of the remaining 10 platters to be delivered. Guess what, only 5 arrived so I was short again 5 tree platters. This was for an order and had to call them to let them know i would not have enough for their order. I spent $89 and only received $59 worth of product. Not having a number to call is just not ok, I waited for a reply that never came. Will not be ordering from this company again.

So happy! Arrived on time with no breakage or warping. Love these boards!

I am a charcuterie company based out of Indiana. I ordered the 14” star trays to promote by the holiday weekend. I ordered them on June 8th and I still have yet to receive my order and the shipping information says the item is still in NJ and yet to be shipped. Disappointed to say the least

Good afternoon. My box came crushed, the plates are cracked on each side of both packages of plates. It looks like the box was ran over. Fed ex states you have to file the complaint with them.
Very cute plate, but very disappointing for the delivery damage.

I have been using this product since I opened my charcuterie company, the presentation of the charcuterie is top notch when using the bamboo platters. My only complaint is to order to Canada is costly so I send to USA and pick up myself. However I live in wine country Niagara ONT so my charcuterie is expected to be the best and Charity Leaf makes all that possible.

The trays are perfect for my charcuterie business and also for the environment! My customers love this as well!

Cheap and fragile for the price.its not supporting a lot of weight. I broke one just by taking it out of the box.

All my orders are shipped and delivered quickly, this one was no exception. When I noticed that I received one pack of 10 platters instead of one pack of 50 platters I reached out to the company and they rectified the error promptly, sending me out my correct order right away. Definitely will continue to purchase from them again and again.
