I bought an item advertised as oak
I bought an item advertised as oak, when it arrived it quite clearly wasn't. I can only presume from the great reviews on here that no one has had to use customer services... I was told I would pay to return this heavy item. I advised the advisor that consumer rights protect us from such eventualities and I will not be paying to return an incorrectly described item. I am yet to hear back. I am in no doubt after such a response I will have to take this matter further.
How very surprising and completely disappointing.
* In response to your reply, collection was only arranged once I advertised your advisor of my consumer rights. It's really concerning that your customers have to advise you of this otherwise they are left with an item they didn't order.

Great expereince...odered a glass coffee table with chrome legs ,it was half the price for same item on another site. The 1st one arrived the next day and the glass was shatered in transit , i emailed the company and received a reply in 30 mins. They offered a refund or a replacement , i requested a replacement and it came next day .
It looks great ..modern and expensive looking for price.

Dining chairs
I bought 4 chairs that are impossible to build due to the pre drilled holes on the seat pad not lining up with the legs. This company has no contact number. They have been very difficult to deal with when trying to get a refund for faulty goods and not adhering to the consumer rights act.
Buyer beware. Appalling customer service do not use this company.

i received a nest of tables. One table side was damaged. The company very quickly dealt with this issue and new side was delivered a few days later. Lovely tables.
